Also, it has to be on PS3 after waiting his long. To make it for both they would have to make a separate version that is downgraded enough for the PS2. Which would probably take too much time and man power. And making 2 separate games would lower the quality of the games' gameplay which would disappoint the fans, and they probably wouldn't make enough off of the sales of 2 separate games to compensate the work put into it and would end up being unable to make a 5th one.
