thanks for this book Gary I just took Rikka's Classes in Noosa Australia last week and out of all the books there that I could choose from this book was the one I got, I WANTED them all however I was going to just choose one for now and somehow I got clear on which one and bought it . I have been reading it over the last week and find its so much more than the title is about ,
