  • Mike Huckabee is an AUTHENTIC candidate! We trust Mike Huckabee and he will be receiving our votes!

  • Great Speech. President worthy. Seemed sincere.

  • I <3 Huckabee. He is one of the most honest, humble, and compassionate people I know of. He wants to serve the people, not himself. He doesnt beat around the bush, isn't afraid to speak what he believes. He doesn't attack the other candidates and he doesn't let their debased attacks and insults phase him or anger him one bit, he remains consistent and cool. Huckabee 2008 & 2012!

    Minnesota for Huckabee!

  • petdog78,

Stop taking things out of context... stop trying do destroy Mike Huckabee and the great opportunity Americans have in his leadership. Huckabee is a true public servant who knows what it is to work for the people, not for himself. He is GREAT LEADERSHIP!!!

  • Einstein said the future of medicine is prevention. The Right wingers, like mr Huckabee, have taken away easy access to condoms, birth control, morning after pills and RU286 so we get more , teen pregnancy, VD increased teen AIDS and an increase in late term abortions. Great job Right Wingers.

  • Then stop having sex. Or practice safe sex. Teens are responsible enough to accomplish such things.

  • It is not the Government's responsibility to promote your promiscuity. It is your parents job to teach you abstinence until you are married. Or, you simply face the consequences of your own actions.

  • Also, if you look at all the records on the site, you'll see that the information is the most biased crock of crap ever. They make some look really good and badly bash others, ridiculous. Bias gets on my nerves, and it's everywhere, I just want someone to take stuff for what it really is and use the WHOLE picture, not the little part.

  • just shh...You're not making sense, we vote him into office TWICE and now we're not for him? Yeah...just shush..

  • Wow, yeah read what I told darinmad to do...you just verified ONE thing that Machiavelli says about "the people". So easily swayed...so gullible...

  • the club for growth is greatly misleading people... trus me.

  • i have to admit i like mr huckabee but he's just not the man for the job , ron paul doesnt play on the bs like all the rest , i dont think we need a business man, mayor cop or preacher in the white house we need a real statesman that truely understands and has the gutts to stand up for what this country is suppose to be , , Ron Paul is that man

  • Read Machiavelli's "The Prince", that is what many people who attain presidency go by :O as well as many other political leaders. Yeah, I'm sure you'll agree once you have read it. Yeah, so much for "guts".

  • ron paul is a miserable communicator and his foreign policy will get us all killed....other than that he has great wisdom, especially about economic issues. he would make a great economic advisor and that is it.

  • That was a great speech

  • I am aware of the current problems in public school systems, but I also know for a fact that these problems have nothing to do with any one race, but rather, the unequal opportunity for education for those of a lower economic status.

  • An insult to them is an insult to me and to all that my country stands for. They are brave, smart, hard working, kind, friendly, and fun people. I am grateful to have had the chance to make these friends, who have impacted my life in such a way that I will never be so ignorant as to spout off such rants as the person before me.

  • I learned everything I needed, academically speaking, and am currently attending a top ten University. However, socially, the diversity of my school, which was about 40% white, 30% black, 20% kurdish, and 10% asian/other, helped my development as a person in more ways than I could explain in this comment. These people that you have insulted are my friends, my brothers and sisters in Christ, fellow human beings, and fellow Americans.

  • The second is regarding the schools. I attended a large public school in a fairly large city, where part of the population was bused in. Note: Not all of these students were black, as you seem to imply. Rather, these students were those simply from a lower income housing area. And looking back on my public school experience, I can definitively say that they added to, rather than detracted from, my personal experience and our school as a whole.

  • For that one needs to look at some of the older artists, and some of the current ones who are true poets, with amazing skills and even more amazing and poignant messages; whether it be of hope or despair, their songs move people, and not to either racism or hate.

  • The first is your opinion of hip-hop. It is most certainly not racist or hateful. If you are referring to a lot of current day rap, then I would agree that I find some of it distasteful, but distasteful/degrading music has been around for centuries. Also, I do not consider this music true hip hop.

  • Secondly, as a human and a white person, I am ashamed and hurt to hear these words. It seems that you definitely need to watch a few more of Gov. Huckabee's videos and gain some wisdom. There are so many things wrong with what you said that I'm not going to bother going point by point because I don't think it will help. But I will hit on two key points, because I think those are views held by some who may be less vocal than you.

  • To the previous poster(Letmymonkeygo):

First, I recognize (by the many comments on your page) that this is simply your way of getting attention, and I pray that you will realize the foolishness, immaturity, and error of your ways and that you will turn to God so that your hate for others may be turned into love.

  • What a wonderful beginning for America! Well....50 years later, we have HIP HOP (hate/racism music), crack, welfare momma's and fatherless children.

  • And today, lice, TB, staff infections, VD in preteens, bed bugs, small pox and hundreds of other deseases of filth are returning to our public schools thanks to integration.

  • What is not being celebrated is that every public school has suffered because of integration. The more blacks in a school, the worse the school is. Fact. Blacks bring our schools down, their families don't support the community standards and their children are violent, foul, undisciplined animals. Their low-life ways are rubbing off.

  • @Letmymonkeygo about 99% of black people don't get lice. I don't have a welfare mom, she went to Nursing school and works at a hospital. And I LIVE w/ my dad. I GO to Little Rock Central. My GPA is higher tahn some of the white students' i know- in fact im on the honor roll and recieve letters from colleges everyday. I've never touched an illegal substance, I have no criminal record and I've never had any of those infections. So i really dont see your point...

  • A reasonable person can perceive that he meant what he said. I like to hear this kind of empathy, especially as a Republican...Just to correct an errant poster, Mr. Huckabee opposed the Immigration Reform Bill (I favored it)and has called for more border agents, drones, and more fence at the border. I'm not necessarily for the fence, but Huckabee is obviously not 'against securing our borders.' I'm glad he doesn't try to blame Americans for being attacked by extremists also. Refreshing.
