In my opinion, we have tons of shit on our plate. It wouldn't matter who is president be it McCain, Obama, or even another Clinton. The next few years will be hard. Obama is no miracle worker. But the Economy is starting to bottom out, we may yet get through this. The man has more on his plate then any other president to date with the exception of FDR. And already we are starting to see some "change". There is no doubt about it this, any small decision he makes will impact many years from now.

I readily accepted that fact when Bush was president, and I likewise understand that Obama is ultimately responsible to cure the problems inherited from Bush. Still, Bush's excuse was that, "at least he kept us "safe" from another 9/11 attack." Fact: Obama has kept us every bit as "safe" (and, without friends & allies hating us). In my opinion, we have tons of shit on our plate. It wouldn't matter who is president be it McCain, Obama, or even another Clinton. The next few years will be hard. Obama is no miracle worker. But the Economy is starting to bottom out, we may yet get through this. The man has more on his plate then any other president to date with the exception of FDR. And already we are starting to see some "change". There is no doubt about it this, any small decision he makes will impact many years from now.

What the? According to non-partisan research, the global temperature has been the same since 2001 despite all the carbon dioxide being pumped into it.
The fact is that the Earths temp is controlled by many factors that man has no control over whatsoever such as how hot the sun is, the tilt of the Earth, ect.

Coming to earth from the sun, visible radiation passes through the clear atmosphere and hits the earth. A portion of it is absorbed and re-radiated back to space as IR. CO2 traps this IR and reflects it back to the earths surface, causing further warming. This is called the greenhouse effect. Without it, water would freeze on earth. With too much greenhouse effect, water would boil off, leaving the surface of earth a desert. This may have been what happened on earths neighbor, Venus.

Only citing CBO (Congressional Budget Office) data. The CBO estimates current debt from Obama at $1.85 trillion. And that is only so far this year. The Bush admin's debt from 2008 only topped a little over $400 billion.

1. Iraq
2. Afghanistan
3. TARP
Obama actually made quite a big deal about it, that these would be added back into the budget.
Furthermore, you're confusing annual debt, versus the total debt. Bush added $5 trillion to the national debt over his total terms in office.
