I'm having a problem of irregular periods, you know Iam not getting my periods since 2 yrs. I have taken advice from 2 to 3 doctors nearby, but they are not helpful,

Also castor oil packs dissolve cysts look it up on google/castor oil paks for pcos.

hi,thanks for the video!i was diagnosed about 6 months ago with pcos,and i'm also anaemic,so i've been taking ferrous sulphate,i've heard some people take the pill to help regulate their periods and hormone levels,but i'm 24,and want to have children in the future,and wonder if this is safe in that case?or what other thing you would suggest t help balance my hormones?thanks:-)

MACA ROOT! it does im taking it im only 16 and "had" tjhe estradiol of 10!!So im taking macaroot,doing castor oil packs for my pcos. Also taking lots of special vitmins and homeapathic remedies. if ur interested in what they R ask.
