You right but, Chicago, L.A. and New York are Mega cities and are in a category of cities with populations over a million. Chicago has really nice neighborhoods with almost no crime. We even have a Beverly hills too!! Chicago? Yeah, of course the murder rate went up. Chicago's murder rate climbed right after they got rid of the projects, and moved the "poor" (blacks) into "economically mixed" communities. That was like moving the fox into the chickencoop. At least the projects, for all their faults, kept the scum away from the productive elemnents of society.

excatly, when the projects and shit was up, the murder rate was worse, when they build up the pj's in the 60's or 70's the murder rate kept a stable 700 or higher murder rate in chicago,
