  • reflexology is relaxing. I like relaxing with light axis healing, it works for me.

  • Stop whining and start massaging yourself. What matters more than if Big Brother FDA says it's "viable" or "proven" is if you actually try it and it works or doesn't work.

  • question... the aesthetic video source posted a video that shows the tips of the fingers being mapped for the brain, not for the sinuses as you mention. Those are for the second knuckle down. Looks like they overlap?

  • Holy shit, this stuff actually works. ._o

  • its hard to do lol

  • That made me feel very relaxed I almost fell asleep.

  • guruchief thanks this is very useful and cheap for us if we want to do ourself to increase our health in cheap way

  • great thanks for making this video

  • Studies have shown that Reflexology can reduce stress and positively affects the central nervous system.

The effects of the reflexology treatment induces the relaxation of muscles, relaxing physical tension so the nervous system can function normally, benefiting the other systems in the body.

  • @guruchief yes, but there is no proven connection between the zones of the feet and the organs they are said to be related to. There is just placebo. Reflexology makes a really nice foot massage, but that's all it is.

  • @guruchief The only thing you said was "it's relaxing," which I'm sure it is. Is it a viable medical technique? That is slightly more iffy.

  • how bout healing nerves themselves??
