The title says (Jordan) against (Clyde, Hakeem and Chuck) but they forgot to mention that Jordan was playing with Rodman and Pippen who are both two of the best players ever. Jordan is unbelievable but he's almost become like a folk hero. Money wasn't as big an issue, so they played more passionately. See Magic, Payton, Malone, Wilkins, Miller, Kemp, Isaih, Bird, Sprewell both Hardaways. The environment was harsher, which made them have to play harder. The game was more physical. Also, there were at least 6 or 7 dominant centers as opposed to 2, 1 or 0 as there are now.

This game is a primary example. Listen to the way Costas, Thomas and Collins all rave non-stop about the virtues of Jordan. Now keep in mind that Thomas was MJ's sworn enemy during their playing days and Collins was basically fired as Bulls coach with Jordan's consent, so they'd have no reason to give him undue props. And yet, even a well past his prime MJ is so ridiculously superb in every facet of the game that they have no choice. The commentators MUST say what is obvious: MJ = G.O.A.T.

Since your a obvious jordan fanatic lover, ill state in my own opionion i think hes the 2nd best player all time and you fail to realize jordans failures and pippens importance to the bulls dynasty. Jordan 1 year averaged 35pts and over 8 assists a game. In both those seasons the bulls got hammered by the pistons. Ironically enough those were pippens first 2 seasons, in pippens 3rd season in the playoffs he jumped from 13-7-4 to 19-7-6. The bull became a dynasty when pippen became great.

Prime Porter is way better than Paxson their level of play is no where close, Cliff is a better back up big men Scott Williams, Ainge (who has had a ton of playoff/championship experience with the celtics) is a better guard than BJ.

This video is SSSOOOO misleading. The title says (Jordan) against (Clyde, Hakeem and Chuck) but they forgot to mention that Jordan was playing with Rodman and Pippen who are both two of the best players ever. Jordan is unbelievable but he's almost become like a folk hero. You know how folk heros are.....they do something great and then people start telling tall tales about them and they keep getting taller and TALLER. I remember as a kid someone telling me Jordan dunked from the 3 point line.

I grew up in the 70s & 80s when Dr. J and Magic were the deal. I was an adult when Jordan finally won a championship. So, If I agreed with you I'd admit it but I don't. These guys are good but the only player of today that has the POTENTIAL to be as amazing as or greater than Jordan is Lebron.

@nitotech Your final statement about there being no other stars prove my point about your ignorance of the era. There were more stars then, then there are now. Money wasn't as big an issue, so they played more passionately. See Magic, Payton, Malone, Wilkins, Miller, Kemp, Isaih, Bird, Sprewell both Hardaways. The environment was harsher, which made them have to play harder. The game was more physical. Also, there were at least 6 or 7 dominant centers as opposed to 2, 1 or 0 as there are now.

@IzrailGhazi I meant the 90's not the 80's. And Payton was a good player but not great. Spreewell? Hardaway? They simply don't compare to the talent in today's game. The only thing back in the day were the centers but Dwight would smoke them all (except for Hakeem). They are simply more athletic today which is a fact. Have you played against an athletic person? They are most of the time simply better than you.

MJ's best game in Houston since 1991, this game and the MJ/Barkley trash talk game earlier in the season was more of a statement game to Mario Elie. In the previous Bulls/Rockets game in Houston, MJ shot 8/25 and the Houston media made it a big deal that MJ was 0/9 in the 2nd half when guarded by Mario Elie. MJ never forgets....

Even still the Rockets had the better record vs. the Bulls from 1984-1998 combined. And you should be talking about the Bulls that were owned in '95 by the Magic which we swept. And MJ was in good shape by then, just like he did in '86 scoring a playoff record 63 points againtst the Celtics.

Better records and sweeps mean nothing if u cant show even show up in the finals. Nice try with bringing 95 up but been there done that, yes the Bulls lost 4-2, but the next year when MJ had 82 games like everyone else to adjust, we swept the Magic. Speaking of sweeps, the Summit and Space City was pretty quiet when the Sonics swept the Rockets that same year.

This game is a primary example. Listen to the way Costas, Thomas and Collins all rave non-stop about the virtues of Jordan. Now keep in mind that Thomas was MJ's sworn enemy during their playing days and Collins was basically fired as Bulls coach with Jordan's consent, so they'd have no reason to give him undue props. And yet, even a well past his prime MJ is so ridiculously superb in every facet of the game that they have no choice. The commentators MUST say what is obvious: MJ = G.O.A.T.

Also in the team aspect of it who at the sf postion is better then pippen? What maybe 2-4 players better then him. In my opionion 2nd best sf to play the game so wouldnt in that case pippen is probably a top 20 player of all time. Because even though you could consider shaq,wilt,robinson or other players better you still need players to play the positions of the game. You couldnt have akeem,wilt,shaq, and so forth on the same court playing on the same team.

Also last point does scottie get no credit? Like kobe now everyone talks about him being great but they won those 2 last championships mostly due to pau yet kobe gets more credit for being the better individual player. Since your a obvious jordan fanatic lover, ill state in my own opionion i think hes the 2nd best player all time and you fail to realize jordans failures and pippens importance to the bulls dynasty. Jordan 1 year averaged 35pts and over 8 assists a game. In both those seasons the bulls got hammered by the pistons. Ironically enough those were pippens first 2 seasons, in pippens 3rd season in the playoffs he jumped from 13-7-4 to 19-7-6. The bull became a dynasty when pippen became great.

I just like to make a note that before the season started dirk was rated 10 in best pf to play the game. Even though he had beaten wallace,duncan and webber in the playoffs, even though he took a team to the nba finals as the only all-star, and also consider the swept garnett and now pau twice in the playoffs. @Kdaddy61987 If pippen left he would have never became the player he was. Let's not forget MJ put pippen under his wing because he was so fragile & made him tough. MJ has a desire & will to win that's why Da Bulls dominated with MJ pippen would of been an average player at best without MJ.

@Kdaddy61987 & Porter was unbelieveable for the blazers in 92. Porter & Duckworth have been all stars with Drexler, Buck has been on the defensive teams with Drexler, Cliff has been the 6th man of the yr with Drexler. B.J. was an all star without Jordan not with em. This is just to say the blazers in the early 90s were loaded with talent & that he had help just like Jordan did, not a knock on Drexler tho cuz he's a very great player.

@hangtime23ful wait wait, porter was unbeliavable? I give you that these guys werent bums they are good legit players but in they year the bulls and portland played one another you could name 5 point guards better then porter and you can name at least 5 centers better then duckworth but you cant name anyone better then pippen. Also alot players got more rebounds and shot better then jordan but portland was dependant on clydes overrall play then jordans.

@Kdaddy61987 Uhh ur really gonna question Jordan for closin out games cuz of one game? He considered the best clutch player ever by many. I can just say what about Drexler bein able to gain a bigger lead when Jordan was on the bench in game 6. Well ur opinion on Pippen bein the best perimeter defender ever isn't easily one sided Payton, Jordan, Bowen, Moncrief, Cooper even Rodman, etc r in that conversation, Drexler had the better team from top to bottom in 92.

All the ex players such as smith,barkely and even payton have said the best defender they have ever played against is pippen, also im talking the same postion. When you talk about ewing and akeem obviously jordan and pippen cant guard them. Pippen was the best sf from 1990 to 2000 bar none. The only other to compare is grant hill who got hurt. But i can name 5 pgs better the porter and 5 centers better then duckworth.

@Kdaddy61987 Oh really? Payton has 9 all nba defensive 1st teams playin their era with a DPOY & Jordan has a DPOY & 9 all nba defensive 1st teams himself (who would of had more hadn't he of quit). Yes i know Pippen has 8 1st defensive teams just sayin its one easily one sided. Rodman is a better defender then any of these guys in his prime. Haha Barkley said at the 03 all star game pre game show that Jordan was the best defensive player who played durin their era.

@hangtime23ful anything with jordan is hype, its why many players havent said hes the best ever such as clyde. Also those are credentials given by the media payton was a very good defender but pippen was 6'8 very long and probably the most for 2nd most athletic sf to ever play the game. Also jordan never stopped miller or drexler and pippen by far did a better job on magic in the nba finals. The evidence is in front you even if you want to argue it.

@Kdaddy61987 U idiot Jordan guarded Drexler almost the whole time in the 92 finals & completely shut em down in game 1 & for the whole series Drexler shot 40.7% from the field. Haha Jordan guarded Magic the most in that 91 finals series. Pippen mainly guarded Magic in game 2 when Jordan got in foul trouble but Jordan was the one that guarded Magic the most in that series go back & watch it. Pippen is 6'7 btw not 6'8. Yeah & Reggie Miller calls Jordan the GOAT too.

I said pippen did a better job see this is your problem im not taking away from jordan desire want to because he took to the challenge but scottie did a better job and i believe clyde averaged right at 25 pts a game and scored the most points more portland every game so man your right, how dare i. Even though clyde scored 30 or more twice on the greatest defender ever according to you. When petrovic used to light jordan up for 40 drazen was like he the best .....

@hangtime23ful all i said that it was my opionion, nothing more then that. Also rodman got lit up by malone,barkely and kemp. I think he was limited due to his lack of height. Cant questoin rodmans heart and bball iq. Also of course theres other players but pippen can effectly guard postion 2-3 and slower pg with average jump shots. He also rebounds the ball as a top 3 sf of all time so has the ability to push the ball and force bad defensive matchups, only he hill and lebron could do that.

@Kdaddy61987 The blazers were loaded with talent & good players the bulls had Jordan, Pippen, with H.Grant as a solid role player but Buck was as good as a PF as em on both ends of the court. Prime Duckworth is way better than a 34 yr old Cartwright. Prime Porter is way better than Paxson their level of play is no where close, Cliff is a better back up big men Scott Williams, Ainge (who has had a ton of playoff/championship experience with the celtics) is a better guard than BJ.
