  • ahhh that literary made me toes cruel it sounds so good.

  • I see you have the AEM EMS on the 7m. what coils and ignitions pack are you using because of the issues with Mulitplex?

  • @1991supraturbo I don't have any issues with multiplex besides the known slight miss around 2800-3100 rpm sometimes. I hear you can get around that miss by adjusting the ignition map around that section of the table, but It never bothered me that much. Nevertheless, I'm running the IS300 coils only because of the simplicity of it and the fact that they are a little bit newer technology wise etc. Everything else is stock including the multiplex system.

  • Whats the fastest you have gone?

  • @spainobain1234 I never pay attention to the speedo. What you see in that video is about as fast as I'll go in an open, empty back road. I enjoy more acceleration then high speed.

  • @turb0gate Which piggy back computer and how much horsepower?? Im shooting for at least 500 rwhp on my 7mgte ARPs and performance long block. Does your supra suck you into your seat? Is it sucking power? Do you have an email adress you could send me through a youtube message?

  • what kind of internal mods have you done?

  • @broken4love nothing at all. Just an HKS metal gasket.

  • nice car bro

  • Nice car but seems a little slow for those mods at 19 psi guess this is why I didn't bother with a 60-1

  • yay someone who knows how to shift. every video i watch guys are slamming it into gear

  • @unicronbigg infinity Q45 throttle body.

  • single turbo ?

  • @Mafia2786 Yes, single T04 60-1

  • the thing about mk3 is that community for them are garbage

    no help watsoever

  • @RIEKSONE then come to supra-forum.de

  • Factory turbo?

  • @toccovender T04 60-1 you can see the main mods right in the intro screen of video

  • @toccovender The factory turbo won't even go that high...

  • Nice setup, I wish my old MKIII was this clean!

  • a MAN I OWN AN MK3 AS WELL UM WHAT TYPE OF INTAKE MANIFOLD IS THAT.. IM LOOKING FOR 1

  • makes me even more excited to finish working on my 87's BHG...

it should be running again this weekend though.. :D

  • holy shit...nice car..

  • holy crap...hope I can do that to mine :)

  • IS IT FAST HOW FAST 0-60? Does it pull you into the back of your seat!?

  • what sparkplugs are you running and at what gap???

  • What turbo are you using? What Is your mod list? what did you do with the computer? Thanxxxx!

  • I have been building my mk3 for a little over a year. This is exactly what I am aiming for.

  • Show em tha MKIII 7MGTE POWEERRR!!!

  • i got a question a i found a dealer who is elling a 7mgte supra manual for 5k is that a good deal 145000 miles or should i buy an eclipse gsx? plz respond someone

  • @TheJdmman2 If it's in decent condition, meaning no major rust, clean interior etc. It might be a good deal. For the engine, I would try to do some common tests, but you can never tell with those 7Ms. Be prepare to invest a little on the engine to at least freshen it.

  • I love it man, my supras tuned on safc2 and stock injectors in 16psi. 57 trim full 3 inch. Are you using aem ems?

  • @siccamade5150 Yes, AEM EMS

  • @turb0gate clean ride man..have you ever had any problems with the turbo without running a bov?

  • @GETAWANKEL I've always ran a BOV. Back in the days, it was a Greddy. I've switched to a TIAL since a while now. Thks

  • Oh i wasn't paying attention to the engine bay...lol.

  • @turb0gate nice supra man, iv been looking into getting a mk3 supra also but i have to ask what made u stick with the 7m over swapping in a 2jz?

  • @GETAWANKEL

He is running a BOV its just been recirculated properly as it should be.

  • @turb0gate dude your 7m sounds beautiful , its got that nice smooth gurgle sound at 2800rpm , can you give me a list of your mods from this video?

  • i wish mine started up like yours it just back fires and never starts :(

  • I just sold my 60-1 equipped MKIII Imma miss her. Look up tylerlc n click on the Supra vid to see it when I first bout it.

  • misses his old 89 mkiii. nice build bro. \m/

  • good to hear cuz every turbo 7m i hear of always ends up blowing up

  • that 7m blow up yet?

  • @UPcomingBARBER08 Still going. I only drive it twice a month though

  • @turb0gate what intake manifold are you using?

  • @98TTmark It's a custom manifold made by the great Ron Ramirez. jt2ma71 on the Supra forums. His work is second to none, He used to make manifolds for 7Ms and 2Js, not sure if he still makes them.

  • What kind of exhaust are you running on this?

  • @kabal57 3" turbo elbow back with a Megan racing muffler

  • my underwear are kinda crusty now lol

  • Wohoo. That was great. How easy is it to break loose with the 19psi tune? I didn't ear much wheelspin at all. i expected it to spin through 2nd at least. Must be some nice shoes to keep it planted.

  • what program is that on the laptop

  • @solidsnake862002 AEM Pro

  • @turb0gate how hard is it to get that program

  • @solidsnake862002 It's free from the AEM website. Go to aempower, then find the AEM forum, you can download it there.

  • @turb0gate well i found the program but now i cant find the right cable to connect to the car i found the obd2 but not the others

  • @solidsnake862002 You do realize you need to be running an AEM standalone computer for the software to connect to?

  • @turb0gate LMFAOOOOO!!!!! hahahahaha XD thats crazy

  • that things pretty quick. oh ya.

  • dude im sorry i will stop spamming your vid but did you do all the work on the supra yourself? I had a 1989 until my dad made me sell it

  • @mkbarron no problem. I did most of the work myself. My good friend does own a shop, so I had access to his tools and lifts, which makes working on a car much easier.

  • does your car throw any OBD codes?

  • @mkbarron wait I guess all of that would be circumvented by the AEM ECU

  • @mkbarron That's correct, since the OEM ecu is resting in my garage, there's no OBD codes to worry about,

  • Why do you have two AFR meters, one on the gauge cluster and one on the A pillar? just for redundancy? Are they reading in different units bc the numbers look different. Why does your gauge cluster read the boost as being over 20 just from goosing the throttle in neutral?

  • @mkbarron My initial AFR was the AEM UEGO gauge which comes with the wideband sensor as well. The AIM dashboard is reading the AFR signal from the AEM ECU which the AEM UEGO is providing (hope that makes sense). The advantage of the AIM dashboard is that I can add warnings for most signals the dashboard receives. If can have a specific warning light flash if it runs to lean. The AIM is displaying Lambda as opposed to AFR and pressure is being displayed as inHg instead of PSI.

  • oh nvm i saw your earlier post. stock internals. wow. I bet you could boost more than 19psi couldn't you?

  • Comment removed

  • What are your internal mods??

  • wtf? are you not wearin any shoes dude? hahah

  • yo what is that dash thingy? i wanna strip my car and just have one of those instead =D

  • I'm putting graphite head gaskets on mine do you think that will help with the constant over heating. And how hard is it to change the turbo?

  • @msupra1989 Constant overheating? What year is yours? In 87 toyota got the torque specs wrong on the head studs, and it blows through gaskets. Replace your head gasket with a cometic, get apr head studs and torque to 75 ftlbs. Also get a bigger radiator, The stock ones are garbage.

  • @johnnylaw420 toyota torqued the heads to 75 ftlbs out of the factory. You mean for him to torque to 95 right?

  • @suprakilla2JZ

    They Torque to 55

    thats what my manual says

  • 65 in 2nd? what all is done to this car. sorry if its posted somewhere i just am to lazy to search lol.

  • mthat supra is fukn tight.. my freind suppose to get a supra soon, he just put a down payment on it and thats lol. I LOVE SUPRAS one of the best car TOYOTA MADE..

  • @likess it is the best car toyota ever made.....performance wise

  • haha i love how in every video i never see over a half tank of fuel lol

  • Sweet. Any problems with blowing head gaskets? You know if you retorque the head bolts you never have that issue ever again!

  • @panzerfaust375 It's not really the torque setting's that are the problem. It's the EGR it get's backed up and blows the head gasket at the number 6cyl. It doesn't help that toyota used cheap bolts to save weight and money

  • MK4 Steering wheel FTW. LOL

  • how does he hold the camera?

  • i miss mine to. guess this is what driving in heaven would look like. all that white

  • How much would insurance be for a 16yo? would it be high? :\ I live in canada... oh and how are they in snow

  • what does this thing run at the track ?....and it looks and sounds amazing sir keep up the good work !!!!

  • @killacamry24 Thanks, sadly, I've never ran it at the track. My lazy self hasn't even dynoed it yet. Soon though.

  • @turb0gate dyno it yet? im curious what it makes on low and high boost

  • they get hot quickly because 7m got aluminum heads tend to increase more heat dat why stock head gasket burn easily hope dat helped

  • +can somebody tell me why this engines get so hot quiqly if you can give any advise.i will thank you.

  • I've read your tread on standalone. People were saying that aem software was complicated. So what's your opinion? How is it?

  • @peer648 It's not for the novice. I can play with it and make little adjustments, but I stay away from the serious settings, "fuel, timing" etc. I would recommend letting a pro handle the tuning part. If done right, you don't have to continue messing with the software. I just like to play with some of the feature to see what they do. The interface itself seems pretty user friendly, but that can be dangerous.

  • When you got an AEM EMS do you still need a maft pro to remove the afm. I really want to buy one. Whats elses you need when you buy an aem ems, what's your electronic setup. Thank you

  • @peer648 The AEM is a full blown computer. It replaces all those piggie back. All you need for the AEM is a pressure sensor and air intake temperature sensor (AIT) and your set. Now, with the AEM you can hold off on getting those sensor and use the AFM and still get rid of fuel cut etc. But you would want to get rid of the AFM bottle neck anyways.

  • 60-1 with a .58 is the same as the Boss Jr.

  • @nickma71 My turbo is actually a .68 exhaust housing, I just corrected that. Isn't the Boss turbo bolt on to the stock manifold? I've heard good things about them, but I've had my turbo since way before the boss series came out.

  • @turb0gate The Boss bolts to the stock manifold, including the GTS series which will make 600 hp. Of course a Boss Jr will not make 600, but probably 400 hp max, by design.

  • sweet looking and sounding car but id loose that shitty gay looking tach

  • haaal yah dude .. i miss mine now :(

  • Sexy.

  • very tasteful, good lookin, good mods. wish it was mine

  • damn what exhaust is that sounds almost like blitz

  • what turbo do you have?

  • @crzygutrsnobrdr T04 60-1 with a .58 exhaust housing

  • @turb0gate Correction, it's a .68 housing. My bad.

  • @Fastspoolsupra Engine is a 7MGTE, I just liked the way the NA covers look. It's cleaner since if does not have to mounts for the coil covers etc

  • @Fastspoolsupra Engine is a 7MGTE, I just liked the way the NA covers look. It's cleaner since if does not have to mounts for the coil covers etc

  • what kind of dashbord is that? i like it

  • @yauhenitypes It's from AIM sports, the model is MXL Pista

  • very nice mk3

  • Good vid... I have a 89 supra turbo w a manual tranny... Hey .. What kind of body kit does it have.. I only saw the front but it looked nice

  • No kit really, it's a front lip and a whale tip. Stock bumber. Thks

  • turbo lag, holy shit.

  • Guys, FYI the 90+ MKIII's steering wheel with airbag looks identical to the MKIV wheel. The difference is barely noticable unless you really look closely which is why I got that wheel.

  • Love the MKIV Steering wheel look nice, I need to get one myself

  • hahaha MK4 steering wheel :)

  • I think its funny how high the stock gear shift is in mk3's. MA70 4 life!!

  • this is the cleanest MK3 i have ever seen

  • Sounds wicked dude, keep up the good work!

  • i fucking miss my MK3.. R.I.P

i gotta get another one.. i hate watching supra videos it makes me miss mine to damn much..

beautiful car. keep it up bro

  • Comment removed

  • @moffatt614 I miss my MKIV i worked so hard to get one and then some drunk driver just totaled it after the accident i was just crying

  • @moffatt614 I have the same problem..i got rid of mine too and im lookin for another one :'( bad ass fukin car!

  • this car power and traction levels are perfect for i see with my 280z smooth power not the "sloppy bouncin off the rev limiter crazy amount of boost" is just pulls so naturally like just enough power....i wanna be able to floor it and it tugs in second gear without it loosin traction i just think thats so so so sloppy...its very clean power i like lots

  • I got a few questions...

    A) did you make that FFIM?

    b) does it matter on dimensions of the intake? c)Like being to big will that change at all the ration of fuel to air?

Im in the process of designing one for myself to build. Thanks

  • Very nice car man!

  • nice steering wheel

  • where did you get that front facing intake manifold? nice set up!

  • Is that N/A-T or just N/A valve covers, that car looks, sound and runs amazing, it inspired me to keep my 7mgte and not do a jz swap

  • just N/A covers. Thanks. Car is still running strong. I love and respect the 7M. I had started gathering 2jz swap components, and I'm still debating whether to swap or not.

  • omg my boost controller is set to 11 on high lol thats less then you low. your car must be fuckin killer

  • Thats a Motec set up isnt it?? Ive seen it once in my buddies mkIII.

  • That's the AIM MXL PIsta dash linked to my AEM EMS

  • nice supra, nice build, however, im not a fan of the digital read out.... would rather stick with the conventional guages

  • nobodies cares about what you have to say about the gauges, stfu and enjoy the vid

  • lol chill bro

  • God that motec display is sexy. And to the guy who was asking how much he has in his car, theres 2,000 for the standalone, and 3,000 for the motec digital gauge cluster. Ron R FFim was a few hundo, this is a sexy ass 7m.

  • nice ride bro!

  • lol when he o ver revs sound like iots knoking

  • Lol your fucking dumb. its called a two step. Do some reasearch before you make ignorant comments.

  • perfect example of a well built 7m very nice work 7mpower ftw

  • nicee push button start :D

  • how much money does it take for the mods you put into your supra? (engine wise, not the newer steering wheel and shifter)

  • That's the stock steering wheel for the 90-92. v_v

  • Too bad it isn't. The 90-92 Supra steering wheel says "Supra" and is a 4 spoke. Doesn't have the Toyota logo on it anywhere.

  • That's an MKIV steering wheel. i couldn't pass on a great deal. It is soon to be replaced with a Sparco Mugello.

  • 90's had the mkiv style steering wheel, 91's had 5 spoke rims also.

  • supras dont regularly come with that steering wheel or do they!!

  • don't think so, look like a mk4 wheel

  • i think thats the mk4 wheel

  • Yes MKIII Supras did come with this style steering wheels starting with 90 model, but that particular one is a MKIV wheel. Slightly different than my original wheel, but unnoticable unless side by side.

  • how much money have you droped on it?

  • I was wondering what are your modifications and how much power you making to the wheels?

  • Stock internals besides a metal head gasket. T04 60mm turbo, 550 injectors, turbular manifold, front facing intake manifold. Q45 throttle body, bigger intercooler. AEM EMS standalone. + supporting mods. I haven't had the chance to dyno this set-up, but based on the fact that I'm running out of injectors, I estimate/hope it to be in the 450-500 rwhp range. I hope to dyno it in the near future.

  • so im looking into a 88' supra 7mtge and theres apparently problems with there headgaskets blowing? Is there anyway to prevent that?

  • You just slap a metal headgasket in it and call it a day. Just make sure whoever does it knows what they are doing. I've been on the same headgasket for 9+ years. HKS 1.2mm

  • so, if the one im buying still has the stock gasket would you recommend replacing it asap before any dmg is done?

  • and just 1 more question, what octane of gas would you recommend running in it :D

  • if you are raising the boost past stock level, 91-93 minimum. Doing a metal headgasket job since the beginning is money well spent, especially if you plan on modifying the engine. Also always make sure the engine has plenty of oil.

  • and where would u recommend getting gas?? cause i know theres places that add cleaning shit to their gas that isnt good for some vehicals, ethanol being one

  • It would also help if you torque down the head bolts corectly, as they werent from factory

  • so, if the stock head gasket is still good cant you just retorque it to 72lbs or whatever it is?

  • Yeah I've heard of people doing this, I am currently thinking of doing it.

  • sick supra :D

  • You don't have to be that picky until you really start boosting with a serious turbo. Any 93 should be just fine.

  • alright, thnx for the help

  • where did u get that thing in front of your wheel? thats sick

  • Do a search for AIMsports MXL

  • nice supra, where did you get the lip from?

  • Thanks, it's from a company called shineautoproject

  • dude love the supra, where did you get that intake manifold ???

  • Thanks, google jt2ma71 and you should find him
