I had my nose done when i was 19 after being called pinnochio all my life and now at 24 there are times when i do regret it but it did change my whole face and i was so happy i could get a fringe whereas as before i would never have for fear of it making my nose stand out, my old nose was pretty similar to yours it had a little bump at the top and was thin, i do remeber also saying to the seougen i dont want to look like miss piggy, so now im neither miss piggy nor pinocchio : )
