@xXpr3sXx He is a badass, but nothing compared to Rachel. Rachel is on a completely different tier from the rest of the cast. She is trolling when she fights. If you look at frame data, she has literally no animation that involves her touching the opponent. Her clothes and accessories do all the hitting, and when she "gets hit" there is always a cushion or something she is holding up to take the hit. Her Astral is the only glimpse of her true power you see in gameplay.
@jimmysmithiob Actually, Hakumen in-game is only operating at about 20% full power. He also possesses one of the only weapons capable of killing Rachel, as it prevents regeneration. Currently, Rachel and Jubei are the only people capable of keeping up with Hazama/Terumi. At full power, Hakumen is stronger then either Jubei or Hazama, and around Rachels level. (She's still the strongest person in the blazblue universe, second only to Bloodedge, to my knowledge.)

I also don't know where you're getting that Bloodedge is more powerful than Rachel (or Clavis Alucard, who is probably even stronger than her), since even the novel BlazBlue: Phase 0, which explains his origin, does not tell anything about his abilities. Also, Kokonoe's power rivals Rachel and her father.

@Bmeister42 Lol well in CS2 he's actually alot stronger now the reason why people hate him is cause they actually have to try LOTS of combos old Hazama you only really needed that 1 mid air combo but I always loved Hazama as a character so I'm going to constantly use him as a main or sub no matter what buffs or upgrades he gets

@yichl Yep. Just download patch 1.3 (1.4 if you're on PS3) and you're good to go. It won't change the menus or anything, but the balance will be updated to the arcade version of CS2.
@Bmeister42 agreed on what you said about hazama, he wasn't a complicated character and really fun to play, and everything is based on D, D this D that, crap.
These kind of reversals are fun and easy to do with a lot of Astral heats. Ragnas has a shitload of invulnerability, Arakunes is 100% invulnerable, Tagers is unblockable, as is Jins.
Pulling Astrals on unsuspecting dumbasses works great in lower ranks.
While this helps, Arakune is still his worse matchup, and by a landslide. Last I checked, it was 8:2 in Arakune's favor. If the Arakune player knows what he's doing, the fight is nearly impossible.
