all you have to do is add it the bookmark toolbar and erase the name of it and it will just leave the icon

Yeah, or you can click the link, go down to properties and edit out all of the text in the name. Viola, only icons.

i've been meaning to figure out how this was done. Good job explaining.

i didn't try it groundpwnder1's way. my understanding was doing it his way left a bunch of open space between icons where the text used to be. obviously that's no help. the whole point is to have enough room to put about forty favicons right there where you most easily can click on them.

OOOOOOOR...... you could just right click the bookmarks on the toolbar and then click properties and then delete the bookmarks name. voila, just an icon without another application weighing you down.

Everybodies answer nowadays is to add another program.

What is wrong with learning to use the programs you already have?

You can actually do this without the addon.

If you right click on a bookmark and go to properties, and delete the title of the bookmark, you will get just the favicon.
