I felt really bad for David because all he is doing is trying to laugh. I can understand the letter writers point of view but David was exactly right, though he probably felt horrible and its like he once said, he'd do nearly anything for a laugh, and a fan of Little Britain should know that.

David Walliams should have been arrested for that. That would have been a serious sexual infringement of an audience member and it is no different just because his victim was male.

If we are to believe some people, it would seem somebody could get away with anything at all if you claim to be doing it for comedy value. I trust if the victim were female, all those supporting Walliams would show similar levels of compassion and with as much gusto as you do in supporting this abhorrent routine.

yes that is right, it is the same as how people relate to other characters LB do unfortunately for this person it ties in with an unpleasant memory. In reality most people have had something bad happen to them and it would come up again for them over and over in tv or books etc. I think it is like anything else if you find it offensive don't watch it or read it etc. Some people just take things too personally and it was never a personal thing.

No, I think they made an important point and David dealt well with it. If they do accidentally pick on someone whom has been the victim of sexual abuse, the sketch becomes devoid of all humour.
