how is it offensive? they're in no way picking on people who stutter the man is clearly saying he's so in love with this person it makes him lose senses and he stutters because of it (a nervous habit for a large majority of people). If you've taken offense to the song maybe you should listen to it again and consider what the lyrics mean.
