This is the funniest video I've ever seen. I was watching videos about throat singing, and I first saw the plain, no subtitles version. Then I saw this, and couldn't stop laughing for half an hour. I don't think it is racist at all. In fact, I think the humour stems from the absurd contrast between the barren beauty of both the landscape and the melody, and the nonsensical subtitles.
I did find the translation to be insulting, it's disrespectful to a group of people who have differential ties to from the rest of the world. It's almost like disregarding diversity. Its a childish act of someone's misunderstanding of a particular culture, and using his ignorance of a group of people because he found it funny, using it as a way to get humor and make these people look like a fool.
