  • i think you needed to practice the landing better with a roll to to take less strain off the ankles but seems as you did this in like 2007 im sure you already know that by now

  • Christian, I think I just sprained my ankle doing some parkour.

  • ahh what was wrong with it in the end? twisted, sprained or shin splint mabye?

  • Its a style of freerunning, but with less flips and "showing off".

Its more concentrated on getting from A to B, rather than looking good.

  • ay wat does parkour mean?

  • first... you dont warm up by jumping off a roof... second... ROLL... third... use better judgement... if you intend to get any better I'd go by those three to start.

  • I don't mean to tell you off or anything but I really really think you should give your rolls some more practice before taking jumps like that also, just a forewarning, most people who practice Parkour, and see this... will flame major just because it is you jumping off a roof. Come on I know you must have some footage laying around.. scrap together a real video and showcase what you can do!

  • Yea, I didn't give much of an explanation. This was my first time back to parkour in like 6 months. I was (still)am kinda rusty, if you couldn't tell, and was just doing a little running around.

I DID have a bunch of old footage, but when my harddrive got wiped, I lost it all :(

With a new job, I don't get to do it so intensely anymore either.

I'm sure some people may get mad at me calling this parkour, but it its titled a fall.

I'll see if I can find some old stuff and throw it on here!
