  • depsite what some ppl have said this is not a set,its in the san fernando valley about 5 min from my house, the place still looks exactly the same, nothing has changed, whoeevr owns that land has done nothing with it

  • Anyone watch ALL the karate kids, especially last one with Hilary Swank? Every karate kid movie...Miyagi says "Win, lose...no matter." He makes a huge point of it in every one of them. Then in the last one with the girl....the last thing Miyagi ever says is "Fighting no good....but if must fight, WIN." Kind of goes against all the other movies. Just goes to show that the last Karate Kid with her sucked to no end.

  • we all miss you PatMorita

  • Oh shit he's rocking a chargers Jersey

  • Bobby is actually a really nice lad...more down to earth than Daniel really. Makes you wonder what the hell he's doing with those four pricks.....

  • @TheSteelersrock1010 Really??? Can you asure that?

  • They said that noriyuki morita never practiced karate formaly, but i say he did i can see it, i dont think this figth scene was done by fumio demura...

  • @koi891 it was done by pat morita

  • para johnny de mierda

  • lol the only reason everyone loves this movie now is because they grew up watching it, things really do looks more awesome in retrospect. This is why Ive never gone back to play my childhood games, with todays games, it would just ruin the memory.

  • The little prick had it coming. He got Johnny wet and ruined his joint for fucks sake.

  • stfu he did get him wet , but they could of killed him. especially with this last kick. plus they made him fall off of his bike , thats why daniel got them wet @driffter1976

  • Mr Miyagi has been my alter ego for over 25 years...im 32 now. Everything i do, (xbox live) hes my nickname.

  • juden rauss

  • Maybe Daniel is too tough for his own good? I would've just gotten myself a gun, shot them, and then claimed self-defense.

  • @MondoBeno thats a horrible solution dumbass lmao

  • Was Miyagi beating them up like that actually legal?...aren't they 17???

  • @satmandoo no witnesses. its legal

  • @satmandoo Suppose the kids do press battery charges. It goes to trial and Mr. Miyagi calls Daniel as a witness. Daniel (with a black eye) testifies to the attack. The other boys, with no physical evidence of injury, have nothing to show the jury.

  • @niuchemist Like five young guys would want to admit they were beat up by one old man

  • @zt1053 When this was filmed in the 80s, it would never happen. These days, I wouldn't be surprised if the Cobra Kai sued.

  • @niuchemist True. We have become a society of wusses. And if they sued Bill'O Reily would be defending Mr.Miyagi on Fox News

  • @zt1053 Yeah, what amazes me is that the next day at the dojo, Kreese says, "I hear you jumped some of my students last night!" WHAT??? THEY ACTUALLY TOLD YOU?? Why the hell would Johnny tell Kreese that some old guy beat them up?? Considering how kreese reacted after the tournament im amazed he didnt strangle all five of them in the dojo for losing to an old man....also when Kreese meets Miyagi it doesn't seem to register with him that this short old guy must actually be amazing at martial arts

  • @zt1053 He took down five of Kreese's top students and he doesn't seem to realise, shit this old dude must be GOOD. Then in the car park he thinks he stands a chance, then EVEN IN PART 3...he still tries again. How stupid is the man???

  • @niuchemist true true

  • @satmandoo As I saw it, he was trying to keep the kid form being killed. and they did attack myagi first, so he was also defending himself.

  • @Sarasdad91 True. he was only protecting daniel and himself

  • @satmandoo he had 2. self defense

  • This is the scene where we found out how skilled Mr. Miyagi is as he saves Daniel from the Cobra Kai bullies. A brutal, but neat scene.

  • swag

  • If this were directed by Quentin Tarentino, the next scene would tend towards....let's just say the exotic lol

  • i love it....

  • Got beat the breaks off my an old man

  • Actually Daniel was Asking for it!

  • @the3ninjakidsrevenge i couldnt agree more!! all that shit in the bathroom, and on the dance floor! he instigated then whole thing

  • Thats what he gets for wearing a Ryan Leaf jersey.

  • @ReconRaptor troll harder

  • @ReconRaptor lol good one

  • Comment removed

  • And now it's Jackie chan and Jaden smith

  • what is the name of the first song?

  • They beat him up because they were oakland raider fans.

  • WHY DID HE JUMP THE FENCE? THE GATE WAS OPENED HAHAHA

  • @J71CHEVY because to come in all awesome n such come on now:P

  • I never understood why Johnny has a black eye after this fight when Miyagi never hits him in the face

  • @dj198228 maybe johnny landed on his eye when he got flipped by miyagi

  • @charles201210000 Or maybe Miyagi chopped him in the eye. He did hit him in the face, we just couldn't see where.

  • @Sarasdad91 idk, it looked like he chopped him in his chest. Johnny even had his hand on his chest after

  • God wears Chuck Norris pyjamas...Chuck Norris wears Mr Myagi pyjamas

  • Loving Daniel's sex face in the video link.

  • SHAATAAAH. Nehnehneh, shaddatah. Nehnehneh, SHATAHH

  • @PalerLaze its shelter

  • Man, when the Winklevoss referenced this scene in Social Network, I laughed my ass off.

  • keep pressing 6 for Miyagi humping kids foot

  • xD suit from bully

  • nobody beats a chargers fan

  • I'm digging the costumes for Halloween 2012.

  • Wouldn't expect anything less from a member of the 442nd, a CGM and MOH recipient.

  • ah, the 80s...

  • I always loved this scene in what I consider one of the best movies ever. Could you imagine had Miyagi not saved the day. That flying kick to daniel's head probably would have killed him. This movie did such a great job of building up to the point where you find out Mr. Miyagi knows karate. I bet so many movies today with something like this, they would have had Miyagi save the day 15 minutes into the movie.

  • that guy who said he had enough should be a good guy :D

  • must be Raider fans

  • How about a front kick Johnny!

  • Mr. Myagi + Chuck Norris = World Domination

  • I would have kicked Daniels ass just for wearing a Chargers jersey.

  • Mr. Myagi=Chuck Norris and Jackie Chan combined with Bruce Lee mixed in!

  • Haha, I remember when you could beat up street punks up and you wouldnt get hauled off to jail... I miss the good ol' days. Nowadays every kid is a faggot emo wannabe justin bieber sensitive cocksucking pansy. YES I SAID IT! WANNA FIGHT ABOUT IT?

  • @HeroSavage Your Right.

  • ultimate tag team and possibly rule the world.

    Mr myagi and chuck noris

  • Mr.Myagi > Chuck Norris

  • jackie chan and him shoulda fought if he didnt pass away

  • beatdown fo bad costume!

  • JOHNNY!!!!! HES GUNNA GET BEAT UP LIKE LAST TIME BY DEM FAG SOCS!!! hahaha. but ironically he gets the same scar as he had in The Outsiders.

  • this movie is great but this fight scene is not as epic it should be like karate kid (2010) im not saying its better i mean this needs more epicness

  • 8 people were beatin the shit by mr myagi

  • @Donovano2010 9...

    :P

  • @Getsch4Life true

  • I liked how the referenced this scene in The Social Network.

  • Looks like the bully scene in Forbidden Kingdom

  • makes me wanna learn karate! >=D

  • @kalvinsakiller Wish I had Mr.Miyagi train me :D

  • Dios mio que habilidad del sr miyagi eee

  • Mr. Miyagi can take down anyone. (R.I.P Pat Morita.)

  • johnny should have known better to fuck with miyagi after he dusted off his boys

  • mr. miyagi don't fuck around

  • And that fence was open all the time...

  • Pat Morita was the reason I wanted to learn karate. <3 I wish I had a wise Okinawan man teach me real karate!

  • My Sensei could probably kick the shit out of all of them too!

  • @computermaster

Quite possibly! None of the main actors in The Karate Kid (Pat Morita, Ralph Macchio, Will Zabka) had any martial arts training prior to making the Karate Kid. The actual guy doing most of the fighting in this scene is a chap called Fumio Demura, stuntman & Karate Expert. He did most of Morita's (Mr Miyagi) fight scenes. Mr Femura is still going strong and is a 9th Dan in Shito Ryu. Your sensei might have a tougher time with him lol!

  • I got beat worse then this 8 on 1 fight no Mr. Miyagi and I didn't splash my enemies with water.

  • Johnny you are hot in that costume.

  • that is johnny from the outsiders!!! see, I knew it!!!

  • 0:46, that kick really did hit Ralph Macchio. He got injured and they all went home early.

  • @TheSouthernSunshine1 I know.I saw it on the video 10 things I Bet You Didn't know about Karate Kid

  • isn't that johnny from the outsiders

  • @pengting1011 yes :D he is

  • @astralone1000 wow that is him

  • Go Chargers!!!

  • bobby is such a nice guy even as an enemy

  • Mr. Miyagi.... FTW!!!!

  • Lucky for Daniel that Mr. Miyagi likes to hang out around old warehouses at night

  • @pheeel17 that is the back of their apartment building

  • And somehow, Johnny got a black eye from that takedown and chop to the midsection. I'm talking about the scene the next day where Johnny is shown with a black eye.

  • @AdrianIsaacs If he hit his head hard enough on the grab, it could cause a bloood vessel to rupture.

  • COMO abrio la puerta. o estaba abierta?

  • Mr Myagi can beat the shit out on anyone

  • Safety tip - don't mess with skeletons strung out on dope...

  • That is a funny ass beating.

  • pat morita.... R.I.P. WHAT A LEGEND!!!

  • repeatedly press 3 and 6.

  • WHY ARE THERE REMAKES?!

  • Judo chop!

  • I like how Yoda comes in and wastes Dooku and his offsiders at the end

  • Daniel really attracted bullies well. No sooner did he get rid of one set, here came another set of them.

  • @AdrianIsaacs That's one of the reasons I hated KK3. Daniel turns into this snivelling coward, terrified of Barnes. Um, HELLO? Didn't he just fight for his LIFE against Chozan in KK2?? And he's gonna be scared of being bullied again??

  • @evilwillhunting

That does seem a little weird. Granted, during his fights with Chozan, Chozan did get the better of him most of the time. Even during their last fight, Chozan got more hits in for most of the fight. Then Daniel used the drum technique and took him down. KK3 did frustrate me, though, because not only did Daniel spend most of the movie getting beat up, Miyagi didn't even kick that much butt. When he did fight, he just slapped his opponents around or flipped them over.

  • He was probably named after Okinawan Karate Legend Chogen Miyagi, the founder of Goju-ryu Karate. No offense to the millions of Goju-ryu Karatekas, it was just a guess.

  • Jesus was my Mr. Miyagi.

  • Karate vs a loaded gun = loaded gun wins

  • Mr. Miyagi RULES! This was back in the when you could get away with that. In today's world there's 4-5 counts of assault on a minor probably deadly weapon too since he's a trained martial artist. God forbid anyone who can defend themselves or others be on the streets where they belong & are needed.....

  • @Hwy418 Being old probably would have helped him if they had tried to charge him. He could have said they attacked him when he walking home. Put on the accent, pretend to be a bit senile...

  • Why did miyagi climb the fence when he only needed to open the fence. It was already unlocked on the way out!!

  • @fadethetrade Probably for surprise.

  • "It is said, the low is greater than the high, The still is greater than the restless"

  • This is the REAL Karate KiD !!!!!!!

  • "Where'd Spider-Man go?"

  • Press 2 (many times) for humping daniel on the fence

Press 3 (many times) for Johnny super punch!

Press 4 (many times) for more humping daniel!

Press 5 (many times) for Johnny creepy dancing

Press 6 (many times) for Mr. Miyagi crushing Bobby's balls

Press 8 (many times) for Miyagi stabbing Daniels neck

Press 9 (many times) for DING!!!!

  • @fernandoarizona1996 press 9

  • The KK is one of my favorite movies and its a nice story...and thats where it ends. In real life, a trained martial artist is a weapon and then times 3-4 of them. Fighting them empty handed = stupid. Time to pick up a bat and swing. Also, that wasn't a beat down it's just plain assault. Daniel could have taken Cobra Kai to court and owned their asses!

  • So wait, Daniel could have walked through the gate? Oh well, this is my all time favorite movie!

  • @TheCrazyplaying i don't think Daniel knew he could walk threw the gate i think he thought it was locked cause it did have a chain and pad lock on it at one time

  • The kick that Johnny gave to Daniel's face, in real life, did hit Ralph Macchio and injure him. You can see bruises on his face afterward from it.

  • Ralph Machio must have been terribly heart broken when Pat Morita died...

I was very sad myself, God bless his soul.

  • Johnny is the reason the world hates teenage boys.

  • Mr. Miyagi vs. Chuck norris

  • Mr. Miyagi kicks some ass.

  • I have the skeleton costume

  • Mr. Miyagi never hit Johnny in the face.

Where did he get the black eye later in the movie?

  • @GILakaGP3 He forgot to takeoff all the make up I guess...

  • @GILakaGP3 His head hit the ground face-first.

  • 1:04 respect for that guy

  • @2pkjs1351 @MrFozzapuskas Bobby was the one Cobra with some sensibility. Ironic, since he's the one Daniel socked during soccer tryouts. Even when Kreese told Bobby to take out Daniel's knee, we all know Bobby didn't want to do it.

  • @abysmalatrocious agreed :)

  • @abysmalatrocious In an earlier draft of the script, after Bobby takes out Daniel's leg, he returns to the sideline, where Dutch slaps Bobby on the shoulder in a congratulatory gesture, and Bobby shoves Dutch away. Bobby then walks up to Kreese, takes off his gi belt, and drops it at Kreese''s feet, and leaves the arena.

I wish they would have kept that scene in. It shows that even a kid can see a forest for the trees.

  • Great scene and film. Daniel was shown to be a reasonably tough street kid; and to do things against the Miyagi code of ethics such as exact this revenge by humiliating the Cobras. But he was essentially a good and fair guy, and brave. The cobras were all bullies but in Bobby we see how conscience catches up on some people. He has a sense of limits if not wisdom of right and wrong by people. To a level the bullies were all indoctrinated; but I believe in the end realised there was another path

  • mr Miyagi would destroy bruce lee MR Miyagi WAS THE BEST!!!

  • Haha!! Not only did Dutch get kicked in the nards, Miyagi stomped on him! Serves Dutch of all people right!

  • @abysmalatrocious Didn't teach him anything though did it?....

  • mr miyagi and steven seagal are better than chuck norris

  • I'm 38 in 2011, and first saw this when I was 11, yet I just realized that after Miyagi took down all the Cobras, he still looked around to make sure nobody else was coming in for the attack. Sure enough, he subdued everybody!

  • This scene was needed because it explained why she was so upset with him later in the arcade. I was so confused in the film when he's trying to talk to her and she's ignoring him. I was like, what the hell, it should be the other way round. Why is he having to apologise to HER??? The deleted scene explained this!

  • @satmandoo hat deleted scene are you talking about man?

  • @satmandoo nevermind my last comment, I totaqly agree, they messed up the movie by taking alot of scenes out.

  • You know what I think is funny. later on in the tournament, Kreese tells Johny to "sweep the leg" Johny kinda has a disgusted, guilty look on his face because he doesnt want to go for Daniels injured leg. But clearly in this seen he was just about to kill Daniel!!! Weird...

  • @TheCrazyplaying Yeah that's why I hated the bullies more than their teacher. The teacher was who he was and didn't pretend otherwise. The bullies were just, MENTAL! They feel bad about his leg, but also had no problem with killing him before and after this incident. They also get off too lightly. The karate kid 2 did not do v well at all explaining how they left their teacher or whether they ever gave Daniel any trouble again. To this day i wonder how winning the tournament solved the problem!

  • Whats sick is they werent just going to beat him up and leave him there untill he wakes up. No, Johny's plan was to kill Daniel. It's kinda scary if you think about it...

  • @TheCrazyplaying I don't think Johnny really planned to kill Daniel, but it certainly could have been an outcome. Johnny was steamed -- not only was this kid not getting the message about staying away from Ally, he just humiliated him with the shower prank. Plus the machismo that Kreese was forcefeeding him day in and day out. Dutch, Tommy and Jimmy had the no-mercy mindset and their leader had whipped them into a bloodlust. Only Bobby realized this shit was going too far.

  • I never realized it at the time, but Arnold could've absolutely beat the piss out of Fonzie...

  • i fought pat morita a couple years back he was kind of a pussy imho

  • Ralph Macchio (Daniel) was perfect in the karate kid.

  • ti latrevo auth thn tainia...thn exw dei 100 fores kai akoma ka8e fora pou th vlepw einai san na einai h prwth m fora

  • In real life the actor that performed as Mr Miyagi don't knew karate.

  • johnny is my favorite charac.!

  • Ya go mr.miyagi

  • THIS SCENE NEEDS CHUCK NORRIS

  • Five big high school senior bullies getting pwned by an old man, martial arts at its greatest!

  • @YouthFreedomFighters I know! I'm Japanese-American, but I've always thought, five white kids, including four Surfer Dude Southern Cal Karate bullies, and an Italian-American are in a scuffle, and in the end, it's the old Japanese guy who's unharmed, while everybody else is on the ground! Unreal!!

  • Classsssssiiiiiiicccc!!! Never Gets old!!

  • RIP Pat Morita. aka Miyagi!
