@TheJoskee a yamaha alto flute is about 5000.-€ - Dont take a curved head joint it sounds better with a stright head joint.

@theflutistorg lol its all good i just bought an amadaues open holed off set g its amazing the sound is nice and fat, and i got it fro a good 1,115 and its retail is 3000

@TheJoskee I just bought a Pearl alto flute (they're one of the better ones - stay away from Gemeinhardt!) with a curved head joint for $3,000 and I'm VERY pleased with it. I know you already bought an alto flute, but I thought I'd answer your question anyway! :) I bought one with a curved head joint because I'm a pretty petite teen girl and the straight ones are hard for me to play comfortably...
