Something Wild is by far their worst album. You might like its style, but some of the composition and production is kind of terrible... and I'm the biggest COB fanboi that there is. I hate you idiots who claim COB is 'selling out' or its commercial. If you're enough of a fan you can appreciate each album, as its music that can't even be categorized into a type of metal. It's simply "alexi", and he just writes what comes out. Gotta love it.

The only good parts on Blooddrunk were the banned from heaven intro and the chorus in tie my rope, thats just my opinion. But blooddrunk was their worst album by far! I think the ESP's lack in tone alot compared to the Jacksons, Roope and Alexi need to get back to Jackson and then the band need to go back to the old Something wild and Hatebreeder sound

I don't think the Jackson to ESP switch changed Alexi's tightness at all it was probably him braking his wrist and having to learn the guitar again pretty much same thing happened to Dave from MegaDeth

Blooddrunk is an amazing album to me, it basically picked up where HCDR left off, you may not think so. But, in interviews, alexi has said himself that "the neo-classical stuff is not out forever, were experimenting with things, but it is in no way out, im sure we'll bring it back sooner or later" taken right from an interview somewhere on youtube.

Personally i do think that Something wild-HCDR was the best bodom has done, but i still love the new stuff, its just a different genre, get over it

Just to clear something to you all alexi bashers. He broke his wrist completely in december 2004 which has affected his playing. He also brke his shoulder a while back. These things affect his playing. And nowadays bodom does 9 month lenght tours so its not possible for him to practise as much as 8 years ago
