  • iomatrixxx si MrFlex42 sunteti atat de prosti incat mamele voastre au facut spume cand v-au nascut. se vede ca nu stiti ce e aia culturism . boi dracului omul asta e demn de adminrat ca aridicat 180 , voi , cocalari prosti abia faceti cu gantere de 12 kg pe brat si va dati cu parerea..prosti ca voi am mai gasit si au renuntat in 2 sedinte!

  • laso-acolo :))) si eu care pot lucra cu 130 kg corect 2-3 rep,pot sa fac asa cu 180 ,alea nu sant nici pe jumate corecte,mai bn iti puneai 150 si era mai bn :D

  • Daca asta spuneti voi ca inseamna ca ai impins la piept 180 kg,atunci ar fi cazul sa va lasati.
