The smartest thing you can do is stay at home and save your money until you can buy a home of your own. Remember, to NEVER borrow for things you do not need. Pay for what you do need in real time. Borrow only to make money, and with risk that you can afford. While living away from home is fun, it is at a cost. If you start your burn rate (expenses) prematurely you develop parasitic drag putting you at a disadvantage. Knowledge is power, live within your means, not high class in borrowed shoes!

@bamboo Yeah for some living at home could be very boring. I had no such issues. Now you can live hand to mouth and pretend you are having fun being a slave. Or you can be smart with your time, money and life and have loads of fun at the same time without being a trapped slave. You are free to be what ever you choose to be, that is why some are successful while others are failures. I offered an invaluable tip for free! Most don't have the intelligence to captivate good free advice!
