I know what you mean, I remember when I went through the rehearsals of a talent show at school my knees were shaking and my head felt like it was floating and I couldn't even hear if I was doing it right lol, the best thing to do is just look away and don't look at anyone while you're doing it I find that helps a lot gives you a lot of confidence almost as if you're the only one there :D
