Peaceful protest is the best way to demonstrate against a cause - great people like Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr pushed for its use. You may not care if your CONSTITUTIONAL right to assemble was edged upon, but many of us true Americans do care about the rights that make/made our country so great.
I am not saying that our First Amendment rights are gone, but what BART did has taken us a little farther down the slippery slope that our rights have begun descending down.
