Instead of a drop weight, make it a weighted continuous loop line set up as 2 spinners.

I'd be curious to see how long it spins. In the end line friction will be the death of it.

How long does this work once set in motion and just what GEOMAG kit did you buy to build it? Looks like a lot of parts were used. I would like to build that myself.

There are different mags; (Hotmag, geomag, unomag) and i know some of them are sold seperately so you can buy as many as you can of each color. at least hotmag is sold like that.
