Hey there use to be a video on here where bebe, cece and whitney presented cissy with an award, does anyone know if it is still on here and if so where I can find it??
It's sad that Cissy (who has won more Grammys than Diana Ross) gets B-listed frequently with "Whitney Houston" titlelies. Mama Houston has her own specal talent, from the Drinkards to the Sweet Inspirations to her underrated solo career. Most importantly, she NEVER has used any drug or unhealthy substance. If you want to see Cissy, be sure to check out Gospelfest, she doesn't have many years left to sing, so be sure to check out the "Source Of The Voice!"
I don't think it's sad. I'd think she'd be proud of her Whitney's accomplishments. Besides, how do you know she has never touched any drug? All 3 of her children have had addictions, not just Whitney, so I wouldn't put it out of question.
That speech was kind of depressing. She was only 33 and talking about singing her last song. She was really going through some things around this time. God bless her!
I aint castin no stones. STONES would be to judge her for bein high. I would NEVER do that until I had walked a mile in her bedroom slippers, fur coat and tattered wig. (We ALL saw the pic). But Crack IS Whack, and Whitney is the PROOF.
So does that give us the right to judge and condenm Whitney? I believe we ought to encourage, love and forgive her. Treat Whitney the way you'd want to be treated if you were in her shoes, with respect. None of us really know the entire story, something pushed her over the edge and I am just glad she has recovered.
