  • I think there are times when the recording and computer speakers make it seem out of tune. I enjoyed it - thanks!

  • How fun to hear this again..you play it very well. I played it for a superior + in the 11th grade in Oklahoma back in 1981. I was proud of that, as you should well be.

    Well done!

  • What "level" is the 2nd movement?

  • Super-high! :P

  • According to SheetMusicPlus, the level is medium-difficult.

    :S

  • I think that the 2nd is the most difficult

  • Whaooooooooooooooooo!

  • nice work

  • Wow, great job!!! As a small criticism, I could agree with some of the comments. The second piece was a bit fast... even though you're technically clearly brilliant. And the third... you started out great, but sort of hardly ever made the indicated breaks, which in my opinion makes the piece lose some of its character. But I guess that's also just interpretation =).

  • Brilliantly done! Are you playing a Buffet Crampon Tosca?

  • I play a Tosca in the third piece. In the first two, I play a Leblanc L300 wich is older than me.

  • Please, don't play second piece so fast - technique is unclear.

  • nice work., but in the 2nd movement try to play it a little slower, it will sound more controlled and fast

  • Have you ever listened to Charlie Neidich's performance of the second movement?? I would say the tempo was dead on, the way stravinsky would have liked it. A little flub, overall absolutely terrific performance!! Bravo Nelson!

  • халтура...

  • grace notes in the 1st mvt were to harsh and almost accented...i don't think is what was intended...actually it's that this guy's tone causes him to pop almost every interval...flashy...but not that good...

  • wow, great performance. There was a great dark tone in the first two movements, then nice use of vibrato to get a brighter sound with the Bb in the third, it really had a cool contrast.

  • PLAY IN TUNE!!!!!!!!!!

  • I play in tune, what's wrong ?

  • il a pas remarquer que tu jouait avec une clarinet en la pendant le premier et deuxieme mouvement alors il essait de sen sortir en disant que tu est faux et en passant ceat la meilleur performence que jai entendu bravo tu est vraiment talentueux

  • it's just that he play the first and second movement with an A clarinet like written and there is no mistake so it's okay

  • He's definatetly in tune with himself. He may not be a concert pitch, but then again, it's a solo and most of us don't have perfect pitch

  • Beautiful playing, well done! The phrasing was spot-on, and the I loved the articulation in the third movement, it really gave it character.

This is such a challenging piece, I'm just starting to learn it now and my fingers are hurting. x_x

  • Nice work! I like the tempos in the second and third movements, but the first movement seemed rushed to me. Also, bringing out the meter would be nice...especially in the first and thrid movements. Overall very nice though...

  • Congratulations, chum. Well controlled, esp. the 2nd mvt.

  • eindrucksvoll !

  • sick
