This was an ameteur. If u see to the skill as he use, every 16 year old can paint it. But when u paint with sand it gives shadows that make it look better then it is. So he = ameteur. Im self a artist so dont question me. cause im right.

But my guess is leaning more toward Ilana Yahav for this work.

Not saying the guy in the video couldn't do it if he put his mind to it...

But he's most likely tossing sand around for a rather melancholy or meaningful music video, cut into the footage of the actual artist at work.
