  • Will check updates and progress for sure. All the best to this man. He also have a nice voice.

  • totally agree with his ethic towards training naturally, too many idiots on you tube think they know everything when in fact only know what the roider in the gym tells them. Bunch of t shirt training losers who will never get anywhere. And by the way it is possible to get big arms naturally mine are 19inch cold and solid, a lot of people wont get that on steroids so think on.

  • @slevstone Thanks brother! I wish more people believed that they could become bigger and stronger naturally. Steroids speed things along, but you CAN accomplish the same thing over a much longer time and be completely 100% healthy and worry free! It is SO easy to get discouraged wether your young or older when big results don't come fast. If you are training hard, eating right, and resting, BE PATIENT!!! Good results ALWAYS come from hard work and CONSTISTANCY. Keep a training log too

  • BOB whats ur opinion on low carb diets 4 cutting and or 4 bulking (i mean like 5 days living high protein high fat and next 2 carb up )have u ever heard of those?have u tried?big ups dude !ur still killing it at 46! awesome :)

  • @kwstas67 Thanks brother!! I am a meat and potatoes guy. I eat 10 small meals a day spaced out every 1 1/2 hours. They all consist of a mixture of carbs, protein, and fat. Six of my meals I eat, and four of them I drink. The main goal for achieving gains in bulking up is to keep a steady stream of nutrients coming into the body during the hours you are awake. It's definitely ok and interesting to test or try out new things, but I have had such great success keeping it simple and consistant.

  • Giant..... an FAT :)

  • @rglamoso Ah maaaaaan! That hurt my love handle! Well, let's look at it this way; It is better to be temporarily fat than to risk my health taking steroids, right? I hope to meet your standards in the future and I am trying my best...Are my shoulders too wide too? heeheehee!!

  • @BOBZILLA737 I said this just for motivate you ;) Keep going on and natural ;)

  • awsome subbed!!

  • @rupetify Thanks brother! Hope you enjoy!

  • @BOBZILLA737 are you really natural ? if u are maybe its true that when u are natural good genetics and got some fat and dont get ripped every year u can get bigger than these every year competing dudes who get their fat% like 6 or less for stage

  • @larppa666 Thanks for commenting brother. Yes, I am really natural! I chuckle everytime I get a msg telling me I'm full of $#!^, just like I did back in the day when guys would ask to buy "stuff" from me at the gym and I told them I didn't have no "stuff". I'm not even anywhere close to my potential right now (because I just started) and some guys are completely convinced I'm hoodwinking them! I can barely afford protein and creatine right now, and who knows what that "stuff" costs!

  • great arms man, just come accross your channel-very inspirational indeed! thanks man! just subscribed bob!

  • @blueparrot989 Awesome and thanks!!

  • how much "cm" is it?

  • @15021951bb 20.5 divided by 2.54 = 52.07cm but that don't matter anymore because I taped them yesterday and they are a solid 21" now which would be 53.34cm...but who's counting? heeheehee

  • @BOBZILLA737 Nice, I hawe only 45 cm but dont use steroids to, only work hard.

  • @15021951bb Nice buddy. You're knocking on the 18" door!

  • @BOBZILLA737 hehe nice to know :), now i started use supplements then weal be bether.

  • @BOBZILLA737 oops, scratch that "divide", i meant multiply by 2.54.

  • truely an inspiration man

  • @jnbodybuilding Thanks for the nice comment brother! Hope it all helps you!

  • Loose 50 pounds before mesure your arm

  • @marcofarna Your profound wisdom is appreciated but I do have another plan. How about I keep training in the dungeon like a high voltage freak, keep hammering my bi's and tri's with mind blowing intensity, and gain even more weight while my arms approach breathtaking proportions? You see friend, I just came off a 12 year layoff and as my muscle mass increases, my metabolism will too. Then all those heaps of fat on my arms will disappear. As I turn into stone, I'll still weigh 300 with 22"guns

  • @BOBZILLA737 That was kinda bold of me...oh wait, that's right, I've been doing this like...most of my life?

  • @BOBZILLA737 ??...crickets...crickets...crickets...crickets...crickets...crickets...crickets...

  • Hey Bob

Thanks for your reply. No one should be disgusted. Let them worry about their bodies and do their own work. Good for you for coming back after that many years off. Did you compete? I lift for me and I eat real food:-) what do you think of supplements? So much conflicting info out there. Be well and thanks again for the inspiration.

  • @karl2561 Thanks brother...Yes I competed in Germany throughout the 1980's. Always in the heavyweight class, usually between 240 and 270 lbs. Back in the day, I consumed alfalfa tablets, dessicated liver tablets, wheat germ oil, and whey protein like one breathes oxygen. Now it's just whey protein, and creatine from bodyfortress. But that's just until I can get my hands on those other two supplements. I will do a video soon on the benefits of all these supplements and the success I've had..

  • Frankly Bob, I've said it before and I'll say it again. You are amazing. You inspire me dude. Thanks for the motivation.

  • @ForcedAbTrainer Thanks brother! I've got so much planned for this channel to help people get huge naturally. I have 32 years experience and I know exactly what to do. Best of all is it works for EVERYONE.

  • wow nice man, when are you doing your cutting phase? if your going to do it or not

  • @NikeSBNikka23 Thanks brother...I don't see any cutting phase in the near future as I have ALOT of conditioning and training to log first. My plan right now is to hover around 300 lbs and do a transformation. As my muscle size increases and my fat level decreases, I'm imagining a brick wall lol!! I'm sure it will be a year long process and then we'll go from there!

  • Just subbed. Big J sent me. I'm 38 years old and just returned to the Gym after years away. It's wild because I'm finding that I'm having better results than I did when I was younger. Keep the vids coming, its great to get info from someone that obviously knows what they are talking about.

  • @tddcmptn Thanks my friend...We are in the same boat. I simply touched the weights and started a unbelievable chain reaction! Wild is right, now if I can only convince my knees and shoulders to cooperate! And for all those who want some hardcore, high intensity training tips, don't forget to check out: BigJsExtremeFitness channel! Jason is awesome and has alot of great training videos there. Tell em BOBZILLA sent you!!

  • Hi Bobzilla,Big J sent me here!Iam gonna follow you now!!I hope to see lots of good knowledge in hardcore trainning! Thanks for your videos!!

  • @NinjaScorpio Hey brother! Mega thanks...Because of Big J I am now open 24 hrs on my channel lol!! What a great guy...I will definitely be getting some more videos up. I am going to try and focus on a series for lifters seeking to add size and strength naturally. Later on we can do some on contest prep, cutting, posing etc...

  • Hey Bob,

You are great inspiration. Fuck the negative people.

  • @karl2561 Thanks for the compliment friend...I probably should have waited a few months to start video taping, but my goal wasn't to impress people. I've done plenty of that in the past. I was trying to capture a comeback documentary on video right from the gate opening. 12 years is a very long lay off and I apologize to all who are disgusted with my present condition...wait a minute...no I don't...what am I saying?...you want a piece of me?...no, that won't work..I know..the silent treatment

  • Work your bicep brachaii and you might get your arms to 21.5

  • @ForcedAbTrainer Hey! Why only 21.5? : ( Make it 22.5 and I'll start training it lol!

  • @BOBZILLA737 Hey Bob, just work as hard at reverse grip movements and you might start working muscle fiber you didn't know you had. And don't forget how great huge forearms will look next to those massive upper arms.

  • @ForcedAbTrainer Yeah that would be sweet. My forearms are over 15" now (and if any challenges me i WILL do a video and you know i will...) I guess 17" would go good with my future 22" arms heeheehee, seriously

  • @BOBZILLA737 You're right Big Bob it would be sweet. How do you make great greater? You keep growing it baby! You say 17", I challenge you to go for 18". You got the mind and genetics to make it happen.

  • @ForcedAbTrainer u sound like a nice guy but as bodybuilders know if u have huge forearms ur biceps wont look as big

  • Lookin HUGE!

  • @xjonx2001 Thanks brother!! Feeling huge too lol!!
