I joined a service many years ago. We weren't at war but we trained hard for it. I respect you and all of your generation that are fighting in far off lands. I might not agree with the policies of the tossers in charge of of us! But then who does?

A lot off people I know, family members, friends, and lot's more, don't understand why I want to join the army, but I know I have to! I have a feeling that I belong fighting for my country, I can never actually explain why I want to, I just have to! I hope you all feel this way aswell, if you really want to stand up for your contry you'd join the army.

But i am suffering from Shin Splints so i have to wait for them to heal before i go to selection centre.

These are the real type of people we need! They have fear but still put the lifes on the line just for us! My brother is in the army and I now know how hard it is for him and families that have their sons/daughter/mums/dads, etc out there. I miss him lots but atleast I know hes doing something good!
