@xTaaylorGang Ah. I'm assuming you have the special edition album? I bought the standard album at Mayhem in OKC because it was the day it came out and I had the opportunity to meet the band. I intend on buying the special edition album though mainly for the DVD and for Shattering the Skies Above.

honestly i'm slightly disappointed by the new album. i think ember was the best and the following three albums were godly, but i feel like they changed the sound to much on this album. it sounds like a heavy rock band to me. not the most epic metal band i was accustomed too. but hey, its their band they can do whatever the hell they want

@843andrew i know exactly how you feel. i just hope the next album they make will sound a little more like the old trivium. the same thing happened to HIM and Cradle Of Filth (yes i listen to both bands and love both of them i don't wanna see comments saying HIM and Cradle are pussies or emos or any of that shit. music is music. whether it be Killswitch Engage, My Dying Bride, or Gorerotted) they're newer stuff just doesnt come close to greatness that the old stuff had.
