Wow, this is beautiful, I saw The Harmonicats the very first last August in Toronto, Canada, at the CNE, these are one of the most talented people Ive seen, and also theyre very nice persons, I bought the CD and I listen to it every time I get a chance. Thank you, God blesses you.
the Harmonicats are now performing in Florida and can be seen at the CSA Snowbird show in Lakeland 27-28th at the convention centre and the RV show in Tampa at the Fairgrounds on the 16th and 17th... plus several RV parks then off to Texas and Phoenix AZ
the original Harmonicats are no longer alive the last to pass was in 1996... this group trademarked the name to carry on the great tradition of harmonica playing and keeping the music alive... all have performed with the originals
hell yea i agree,i want to make my own harmonica orchesta, and jerry murad and his boys gave me the biggest inspiration, now i just ahve to practice my things and buy orchestal harps
thanks a lot and the best wishes in this new year for the cats

I agree Movint!Hearing him play through my years of growing up, hearing him perform now & sitting in playing with our pro jazz group, conducting clinics/performances my middle SOTA music students, playing yearly at harmonica conventions (winning awards), my dad is well established/respected for perpetuating the artform of harmonica music at the highest level!
Is this the group that was on the Ed Sullivan show many years ago? If it is I seem to remember a little guy as a fourth member that was kicked around a bit.
the harmonicats were on the Ed Sullivan several times but the group with the little guy was called the Harmonica Gang (aka. Harmonica Rascals) the original members have long since passed but the group and their music lives on to entertain today...
lisa: Frank Warner is not only an excellent bassist but also a great lead player as well as a chord player, his sense of music is makes him one of the best.

Bassist is the most difficult part to play. Look at him, he has to jump an inch or two in between each blow :)
