Most associate this theme with either Whitebeard's last stand or the (not really)death scene of Oars Jr.

But the image which comes to my mind first and foremost is Marco's quiet face as he stays behind to watch the last stand of his "father" a little longer while tears slowly fill his eyes. Given all the hints throughout the series he IS his eldest son after all..some even speculate if he could even be his only real son due to some similarities in their appearances (lowerlip, blond, square jaw)
