very cool demo, easy to understand for any skill level and not hyper detailed. i like the presentation a lot. thank you for sharing what you do. respects..
@2112chewie Ok wrong you gullible dipshit. NOTHING he has shown here is another other than oriental inspired delusion and stupidity. It's not going to work in a fight at all. Not any of it. Grow the fuck up.
@xChuckNorrisKickx As usual, tough talk from the pussy brigade. Perhaps you'll show what you think a good response to a hook punch is? Oh wait, you won't because you're all show and no go. Scratch that, You're just no go.
@2112chewie I see; so you don't have any video of this douche actually pulling off his superman skills in a real fight? What a big surprise. Typical gay chumming bullshit.
@xChuckNorrisKickx Oh no, I don't have any video of this stroke. I agree that he's a douche. I don't believe in his fighting skills. But if you actually are able to tone down your own inflated ego and think before writing your foolishly naive and retarded answers he's right in the idea that to deal with any empty hand attack, you need to go in with controlled aggression. To sit back and do anything else is gambling and fighting the force.
@2112chewie "Go in with controlled aggression"??? WTF are you talking about? You must be another gay chummer or kung fewie clown. The only naivety being demonstrated here is being demonstrated conclusively by you. Your claims are just as unsupported as his; go back to licking the asshole of your "master" while play acting for his benefit loser.
@xChuckNorrisKickx As usual you are to much of a weak pathetic pussy to actually post any actual video of how you'd deal with a hook punch. Your incredibly short sighted and ignorant opinion is just that, opinion. Just because you are to stupid to understand any concept of dealing with force probably means you're some MMA douche that thinks that MMA is good fighting skill.
@2112chewie You've now confirmed your guillibility and gay chumming stupidity. Until we see his superpowers demonstrated in a real fight with this same "technique", all we need do is laugh at it. The same goes for you if you would have us believe that acting like a chicken or a snake or some other bullshit is equivalent to an actual fight.
@xChuckNorrisKickx I see you're still scared to post a video. You're probably one of these uniformed guys that think that MMA is how a real fight would happen. Sounds like someone with ZERO fighting experience and LESS THAN ZERO skill and understanding of fighting. Other than being a witless worm, you've done nothing. You've said nothing, and you've shown nothing. If it helps you sleep at night thinking you're prepared for any situation. Good luck, because you'll need it.
@xChuckNorrisKickx Yawn. And of course you don't have or post any video of you or your methods. Typical wimp. Hiding behind his keyboard. Good luck, you'll need it.
@2112chewie So when someone puts himself out on the internet for everyone to see and claims to have amazing superhuman fighting skills based upon a highly questionable "art", then for anyone to ask him to prove it requires the requesting party to first prove himself??? You're a sad delusional failure.

Some people play that "fuk sao" a little higher and call it a bil/biu sao. Which ever you call it; it works well:) Also on a higher level you can use a high piercing punch to block and strike at once with the same arm. I agree that it's better to move in rather than back away.
With the idea of "letting it turn" here are 2 regulars steps:
- Retreat in safe range/let the spinning go/catching the end lowering speed of the hook.
- Fast back-in, holding hook-end to maintain opponent with right hand hyper extending elbow.
Then simultaneously while the opponent is hold sideways, straight hit to head side (temple) with left hand and to the open flank: liver/ribs with the knee. No risk of counter strike + 2 straight forward deadly hits.. Keep-up the good work and Cheers.
@recan888 Very interesting comment ... my personal experience from streetfights (incl. knifefight) is that there is no better or best technique .... there's only a flow energy possible in the middle of chaos and fear .. there is no time to think about hitting a small target like the nose when you're dealing with chaos and fear ... you're fists or palms or whatever will be deflected and your punches and kicks will not have the "power" that they might have in the gym ...
@MrOkizzay Exactly, from my streetfight/bouncer fight experience and my military close combat background, you learn that if you want to be able to hit more than twice, you hit soft parts with fist and hard part with the heel of the hand. Chaos might affect efficiency of one punch or kick, thus the need to double or triple vital threatening strike, to be sure that at least one of them will do the trick. When you target nose or throat with palm the idea is bend/hurt the neck.
@MrOkizzay Regarding knife fight it's a whole different story, even if the main idea remains the same: knife or limb don't get touch. A boxer/ kick boxer can take you down on one strike also.
Because if the guy is a real master with one or two knife, avoid going in and controlling moves, going back and strike the joint of the hand or arm holding the knife with some "rangers" type shoes, then vital point to avoid injuries. Luckily, most people don't know how to use a knife or fight ;-) MGBY
@recan888 Personally I do not believe in real knife masters. A street fighter will usually conceal his knife and stab you in the moment and in a way you least expect it. In my first knife fight the fighter made the mistake of showing his knife, I immediately grabbed a big trash can hold it in front of me and rushed in om him as he fell down I ran away as hard as I could ..as I reached a safe place my legs collapsed of the adrenaline and fear ... I never forgot it
-Boxers who are heavy punchers (perhaps the strongest punches out there) dont practice bare hand strikes like we do - in Wing Chun/Tsun or any other Chinese/Japanese martial art.I've seen Karate ppl hit stones with full power without a scratch on their hands.Palm strikes are more then effective, that's good observation, but they depend on range on your positioning.Fists might be better solution if the angle asks for it and vice-versa.
@Svemocn1Vidar Totally agree with your points: good example is boxer breaking their hand often in glove-less strike street-fight ( as I said, not like a century ago...) Also as you've said palm are effective for pure power, only part with the heel allowing not to care about the landing area, bust they restrict range almost 4 inches in average, so for extra range, fist can be useful in many case.
So I couldn't agree more with your precision. MGBY.
1-At first yes, then he shows "his" way, straight to the shoulder and opening to the elbow later to control, hence my question: blocking a hook with a straight blow to the shoulder?
2-I' m referring to the initial straight forward strike, landing Forehead most of the time...after that yes he goes for the temple.
3-Never say otherwise, especially if both "fighters" attack each other "belly open and straight"...Front kick Up=Ko, middle=internal bleeding. MGBY
@recan888 I'm not 100% on sifu sergios style.. But it obviously works for him and alot of other people.. And i see where you're coming from.. But in his defense, i think the punching to the forehead was just for the purpose of the drill and to save his partner any unnecessary discomfort.. The fook sau he speaks of is what i'd call a biu sau (thrusting hand) and is the technique i'd personally use.. Combined with a decent turn or maybe small step.. Or knife step if confident!
@recan888 the human body works in a 45 degree angles, if you block at his arm or shoulder that in turn cuts the force of his punch. So even if he hit you it doesn't have the knock out power. and no you never punch hard against hard you will break your hand,
1)45 degree crap comes from? Its more like 70 to 220+ degree..
Pls name one healthy limb or extremity limited to 45 degree.
2)Try blocking boxers benching over 300 pound at shoulder level, you'll go to sleep with a broken wrist or forearm as a bonus.
3)That's exactly what I said explaining boxers used to break opponent hand with their forehead in barehanded fighting less than a century ago. so why the "no"?
4)Seriously, did you ever fight somewhere else than on a Xbox360 a PS3?

Very interesting demo, I like the "Out of the tornado concept".3 questions:
1- If you block the hook at shoulder level...the hook still goes on, no?
2- "Fist" punching straight to the forehead in a counter strike seems realistic to you?
Bear in mind that people used to break hand in bare hand boxing one century ago...
3-With you Technic displayed here, don't you think it's wiser to counter strike to the throat or nose with open hand. Thanks for your answer.
Thanks.
