  • Who care if is not marshalles dancer.we Marshall islanders know that dance,we can upload another movie just like that's ,and why do you care all you knows is labamba....

  • Not Tahitian, they are Kuki Airani or Cook Islander who are very closely related with Tahitian.

  • Ok..If its not Marshall Island Dancer..Then what is it? LOL

  • lol@"Not Marshall Island Dancers"

I think if you were to correct the title, you could replace the title with what it is, rather than what it isn't, haha. Though the way it is right now is pretty funny.

  • This is definitely Tahitian Dancing Not Marshallese, you are right.

  • I strongly agree that this isn't marshallese style at ALL

  • okay, to clear things up:

first of all, this is by far NOT a marshallese dance. we do not tamure. we have our own way of dance, which in most part is a war dance. secondly, someone referred to the clothing as TOO revealing. if u looked at the old pixers of our ancestors, i'll asure u that they were revealing. the upper extremities were bare. and the dancing nowadays done in the church (beat) is not authentic at all.

however, these ppl put together a good performance.

    menin wot..kom emol :D

  • no need for disrespect'n our traditional ways everybody already know these ain't marshallese dancers. And the person who post this video is not even marshallese. We marshallese know our own traditional dances and we're damn sure proud of it PERIOD

  • shoot i thought thise video was foh MARSHALLESE only, but turns out NON- MARSHALLESE, damn ya'll are direspecting our nation where we comin' from.. kolem iang..?!.>:(

  • i agree this doesn't look like marshallese dancing... i have never seen any dancing like this on majuro when i lived there for two year. these girls can pass as ri majol though. i use to love the 'beat' on xmas day... its very unique and different... but good job to the polynesian dancing group though...

  • THIS IS AIN'T RIMAJOL.

  • the marshallese did dance somewhat like this and in traditional attires like these girls and boys wearing, so stop saying too revealing, in micronesia marshallese were amongst the most savage and warlike people it took the whiteman quite some times to set foot on the marshall islands and when they did, guess what happened? they said anyone wearing traditional clothing will GO TO HELL! according to their religion... be proud of who you are your ancestors did dance like this...

  • hahaha da marshallese are offended cos dis is not their dance....n...dey have da right to speak their minds...n...it is true da gurls can't wear sumthing like dat...2 much revealing. yeh should change da title to polynesian dance...lol

  • Manit this manit that...whoever made up that manit saying marshallese woman cant wear shorts, pants, anything revealing must have been fat and ugly cos our ancestors didnt have clothing back then!! They didnt even have shirts...they had their titties hangin out for everyone to see...so STFU about manit this manit that!!

  • this is far from majolese dancing majolese ppl "BEAT"

this is more of cook island and tahitian

and i agree wit dis comment below..way to revealing for marshallese..

  • These are Polynesian Dancers not Marshallese/Micronesian, they are not speaking or dancing Marshallese and Rimajol women would not be caught dead in a top like that , way to revealing for Mundin Majol.

  • back in the day, the ancestors didn't wear tops. that kind of backwards thinking is dilapidated. we're not so conservative and narrowminded, brethren.

  • ta?? ok sure what ever you say & your right ive met plenty rimajol jabek
