heres a random for you guys and gals......mick is probably one of only a few men that could have fucked your grandma, your mom and your 20 or 30ish year old sister....CRAZY!!!!!
THIS is who should succeed Jay Leno on the Tonight Show! Jimmy Fallon is much funnier, extremely talented, and appeals to many age groups. Not to mention, he's a really cute and nice guy.
"You got Charlie and me and Keith and...another guy named Mick..." ROTFL!!!! OMG, I bet I've watched this 100 times and it never fails to completely crack me up! A completely GENIUS 1:49 and already ***A TV CLASSIC!*** Kudos to Jimmy and Mick-even funnier than their REFLECTION skit on SNL all of those years ago!
@canadianclassic08 Agreed, I have the tongue logo over my left ankle. I do't think any of the bands of today will be even heard of 40 years from now. Mick is a living legend!
Lots of footage of The Stones off stage - and on, especially with Ronnie - shows them laughing. They all individlually and differently have pretty good senses of humour and it shows. This is one of their best traits.
Even after all these years Mick is just the about the coolest bloke around (well, other than Keith). Right on, Mick! I mean the guy literally defined cool for the last few decades anyway.
There aren't many Rock Superstars that would be such a good sport, especially when someone mimics him right to his face. I knew Mick Jagger was very intelligent... didn't know he had a great sense of humor, too.
@1laughinggravy He does. Fallun does Mick pretty well too, lol! This Band is one of the most intellectually acute bands in the history of Rock. I'll probably always be a Stones fan. Great Rockers, but severely undervalued for their beautiful comps like wild Horses, Angie, Moonlight Mile, etc. One of the Best recording AND performing Bands EVER!
@Upritebass - - I agree that the Stones are an "intellectually acute band." And speaking of undervalued, how about "Out of time," Sympathy for the Devil," "Time is on my Side," and "Paint it Black"? Truly one of the best recording and performing bands
@1laughinggravy agreed! But i was trying to emphasize some of their lesser known "beautiful" works that were truly amazing too. Moonlight mile knocked me for a loop when I first heard it. A good symphony orchestra should have done it. Wait..... didn't the Boston Pops do some Stones music? :-)
@Upritebass Yes, you are right. I felt amazed the first time I heard the beautiful song "Wild Horses." That being said, it still is remarkable that Mick Jagger went along with this hilarious sketch. Seems to me it would be great to know him.
@1laughinggravy In an interview by someone who worked with Mick before (4give me,I don't remember who) that Mick has a gr8 sense of humor, but he's not a natural comedian. That's why he used 2 send people up a lot: he's not trying 2 tee them off, just trying 2B funny. Sometimes he is funny, but that's not Mick's forte. When I saw the Stones at the Cleveland Ohio Stadium he said (of the stadium) "it's nice to play somewhere thats older than I am."
@1laughinggravy It's not hard to be a "good sport" about this sort of thing when the person who is impersonating you stinks at it, and furthermore has no edge at all. Good old Mick wasn't quite such a nice sport 33 years earlier when Dan Ackroyd did a brilliant, brief spoof of his dance moves while simultaneously mentioning that he'd ripped same off from James Brown. But then comparing Ackroyd to Fallon is like comparing a Great Dane to a Pommeranian.
@1laughinggravy He looks like ,he doesn't appreciate this @ ALL though...;]. Sir Jogger is a walking parody the last 30 orso years. How can you parody a parody ? 0:46 Not it seems.
