When we last see Mr. Magorium's face with a big grin it always makes me bawl :( but a happy bawl knowing that he died happily after living a great life. this movie got bad reviews but we need more movies like mr. magorium to remind us that life is short & we have to live every second of it :)

I love this movie, and I don't understand what the critics don't like about it, it is a very good story line, and it is very true, a good way to deal with death, and I plan on using the qoute in this description at my Grandfathers funeral.

Dustin Hoffman is not the right lead for this role - he just comes off as a weird oddball.

And the toy store, it could have been more elaborate and magical - it's small and half-ass.

He's supposed to be the most eccentric person in the world... He's supposed to be odd, seriously... And the toy store is not supposed to be some huge wonder. Your the type of person, from what I've read, who thinks that bigger is better. I think you saw the store as gray through the whole movie, because you didn't believe in it...
