  • Hello there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Great creative sequence, Tara~! I wrote it down so I could internalize the "right, left, right, left" w/o your direct instruction and it worked! A nice fast pick-me-up b/4 getting ready for work, etc. You really CAN sneak yoga in for a "quickie.."
