Ibuypower gets bad reviews all the time with all the broken computers they ship out. Type in Ibuypower reviews in google, and go through it if you don't believe me. I actually learned of Ironside, the company who built my computer, man can I tell you they did an amazing job!!!! I'm mostly happy that It booted up without any problems. You can check them at IronsideComputers(dot)com
Don't buy from Ibuypower they consistently gets bad reviews for all the broken computers they ship out. If you don't believe me type in Ibuypower reviews in google, and go through it. Try Ironsidecomputers(dot)com instead. Those guys consistently do a great job.
@whydoyouhateonme For that, I don't know... I live in Quebec...Maybe they don't really go houses and repair stuff, here... I didn't see anything about fixing our PC, on "Dell.ca"...
Alot of people dont seem to know how to order things online. It helps to call ahead of time. I did and I allready know parts im getting are on back order. If I select "rush" it will be delayed. Since I know my parts are on back order I can select defer get the parts im wanting and save about $100. Raging at a company when you call them up does not get you the best results most of the time as they often just give you the run around. The sticker was bad but be civil and the help will be better.
@whydoyouhateonme ...And yesterday, I found out that the cheapest AlienWare available for Canada is about 1699 $ ...That just ripped me of... If iBuyPower would introduce LEDs that we can change the color, just like AlienWare, that would be heaven...
But since the cheapest AlienWare available for Canada is 1699 $, I'm gona go with iBuyPower... with shipping fees, it's hona cost around 1400 $...
I agree with the backorder problem, I had to call and ask about my power supply being on back order, but they actually apologized and gave me a 1000 W corsair upgrade, so it was well worth it.
I've order a custom build from iBuyPower. I ordered it "Rushed" which I can already tell you doesn't mean much. It's already late. Their customer service is kind of awful.
But if the PC gets here soon enough and is working properly, I will have gotten a great deal without the hassle and worries of doing it myself. If something isn't working though, I'll probably rage.
Like if it doesn't have the Windows registration sticker. I will rage.
They have really good deals, it's just their communication skills, those need a major adjustment. I'm actually ordering today, Quad Core with an HD 4770, which cost me $710.17CAD (Including S&H and conversion)

@whydoyouhateonme well, decided to buy from Dell, because I had a discount.
And my PC is supposed to arrive today.

what about buying a ibuypower computer from tigerdirect or newegg?
dethklok1989 1 year ago
does it come with the lights in the tower?
Sergeantsimon 2 years ago
To add a light it cost 10 bucks. But I also added a neon green glow fan so it's brighter because of that.

I wouldn't buy directly off their website. Quite a few issues. It seems that you have better luck buying off a reseller, like Newegg.

Yeah, ibuypower was kind of a hassle, but when I compaired their prices to newegg, ibuypower saved me quite a bit of money. Either way tho.
