Not taking anything from him as a performer and entertainer (there is no doubt he was brilliant), but he is very much known for lip syncing. michael was and always will be the best artist that ever lived! he always treated his fans with repect and greated them. In 1988 I saw him live and he was great!! Not taking anything from him as a performer and entertainer (there is no doubt he was brilliant), but he is very much known for lip syncing. Obviously the video is behind (he would know how to sing along to his own song). But there is no way someone comes up and hugs you, and there is no change in tone or recognizable change in the voice.
Don't get me wrong, i love MJ, but you can't ignore reality...

I have to keep telling people. He had bronchitis throughout the whole HIStory tour, you hear it when he singing wanna be starting something. He continued with the concerts anyway and I am very glad. He's not famous for lip synching, his whole bad tour every single song sung and danced to, amazing. And on the dangerous tour most of his songs he sung himself except for the songs with hardest dance routines, and because he lip synched them, he was able to do an even better dance performance
