With more than eighty different recordings since it was written for "Babes in Arms" in 1937, this beautiful ballad is a typical example of the craftsmanship from Richard Rogers and Lorenz Hart. Harry James' band (the first big band to incorporate a string section) and the marvelous Miss Ward are perfection. Note the cleverly-inserted quote near the end from the melody to "A Dreamer's Holiday" (1949), made famous in a recording that year by Perry Como. Pure magic.
