In the ministry of Sound London, they got the most expensive DJ equipment ever seen in a club.

But I don´t know why they use the dvj 1000 instead of cdj 1000, do they mix videos there?

yes i believe there is an option of playing video (altough i'm only 95% sure:P)

however another reason why they use dvj's could be:

the cdj 1000's could play only a limited amount of file types from a CD (instead of the 2000's) and the dvj's (at that time) played much more extention types and from dvd's and because they get so many famous dj's to play there it's better to have a feature overkill than to have not enough features right?.....

@TheStereoman2 The DVJ's allow you to put MP3s on a 4.3GB Data DVD and have a whole whack of music on there. They will also allow video output if you wanted.

In the whole of the UK, I can only say two clubs really really REALLY do it for me, first is MOS, second is Gods Kitchen (which is unfortunately in birmingham).. The ONLY problem with MOS is that the prices are through the roof..
