ALSO, I remember him making 2 threads in 2008 warning people to ban ledge stalling because of what he learned to do with Meta Knight. No one listened to him.

After remembering that, I don't fault M2K for playing like this. Try talking to Nintendo to make SSB4 faster and more balanced instead.

@1570shadow Stalling ability? Stalling by definition includes making the game unplayable, and the game is not unplayable if a metaknight runs/flies away, therefore by definition it is not stalling.

The way m2k plays does slow the game down, but honestly, how many people do you see "stall" as effectively as m2k? Think about it.

@1570shadow in my area, you can't travel under the stage more than once in a row without having stepped on it (platforms don't count). that's our anti-mk rule (though it covers pit). the LGL is there because that's how we, the players, want the metagame; nevermind mk. we also want a metagame with mk because there are around 10 chars he doesn't shut down, whoever doesn't want to be a sitting duck can play mk vs counterpicks, and our stage list has neither rainbow nor brinstar.

People really need to stop hating off of m2k so what he plays with the best character he has still lost before against other players he isnt unbeatable. I think some limitations should be set on mk yes but not banning him and mk isnt that good where everyone wins with him because other mk players arent on the same level as m2k when you lose to m2k you dont lose to the character you lose to a better player. banning mk seems a bit extreme to me. they shud do away with all his gay counter picks & increase the time limit to 10 minutes like in japan. get rid of rainbow cruise, brinstar, norfair & pictochat. those stages arent even fun anyway. also the LGL shud be more strict. 25 for metaknight, 35 for all other characters. mk wud still be the best but with these rulesets, he wud be much more legit & people wouldnt pocket mk as much. also im an mk main so thats another reason i dont want him banned lol.
