Mel was fired from the project. The 'foot in mouth' dinner discussion is real. It was revealed during another interview. Zach brought up an improper anecdote about one of Robert's ex-girlfriends in front of Robert & his wife during dinner. There was true animosity between Zach and Robert on the set.

RDJ seems like such a calm and collected, yet brilliant and calculating kind of people. It always looks like he is thinking of a response to a question that has yet to be asked. It's that kind of witty behavior that makes him such a perfect actor for so many different rolls. (due date, ironman, etc.)

RDJ is without doubt one of those effortlessly charismatic types - the fact that he's very handsome is a big bonus! By this token, and because of his playful ways, he is more likely to get away with ... Whereas someone less beauteous and charismatic might be called a b*tchy a-hole, RDJ would be forgiven as a "lovable rogue"... I suspect the ratio of forgiveness, woman to man, to be greater than 1... ;)
