@WGS669 Schiff has this primary in the bag. With the optional voting system u guys have (voting is compulsory over here in Australia), only the passionate people cbf to go out n vote. Schiff is a passionate person, and his die-hard base of passionate supporters exceeds McMahon's by a ratio of 3-1. In truth, it would take a miracle (and a lot of money) for McMahon to win this one.

@dickmojo Peter put in 0.5 million of his own, but Linda dropped in a 50 million purse for campaign financing. Financially she IS prepared. (OMG! in order to run for a senate seat costs a half million these days to start?) Listen we need change in leadership, not obama style chump change but a really dramatic change, and a vote for Linda won't deliver that. Nothing against her personally, But Peter needs to be in the senate to kick some real ass, and Linda is just substandard in that cage match.
