He's not a "spic". His name is Pete Petelo Tauveve Jr. and I believe he's Polynesian (Samoan).

I don't know what the fuck he was thinking here. He wasn't looking at much time behind bars prior to pulling this, his driving is terrible and I don't where he thought he could run to after crashing the minivan!
