Believe it or not, it is harder to sound this close to a player especially someone like SRV than it is to play your own stuff. Any musician is well aware of this. So all the idiots out there that cop on people that post great videos like this, Try to achieve something like this yourself and then post a honest comment.
Really good job man. My one constructive criticism is that you tended to be a little bit too on top of the beat..it sometimes felt as if you were in front of it (though, your time was good overall). It could just be that you knew you were being videotaped, but I thought the only thing that was missing was the...in the pocket-ness you probably do have. Then again, this may be a matter of taste. So, again, excellent playing.

Nah, ya gotta use your pedal. It's a process of altering from extremes on the action of the pedal - i.e. strum when the pedal is pressed all the way down then when the pedal is all the way back. Kinda hard to explain.

dude, you OWN. the only "problem" with this is that the bass over powers the drum, and the drum is key. now you, you ripped it up, i've been trying to play this for a few years now, and i can't hit it, GREAT JOB

Nah, ya gotta use your pedal. It's a process of altering from extremes on the action of the pedal - i.e. strum when the pedal is pressed all the way down then when the pedal is all the way back. Kinda hard to explain.
