  • I love how AMD just uses video editing software to increase graphical compression and prove that i7 sucks.

    Pathetic, just pathetic.

  • @simpsoncheat indeed amd is very weak when it comesdown to cpus especialy compared to a intel core i5 2500k but they are very good at making graphic cards. I hope that they stop making cpus and start making more powerfull graphic cards

  • it doesn't just depend on the cpu but the gpu as well

  • И где здесь HD?

  • How are we supposed to see the difference? I can't even distinguish what is what! :)

  • 0:18 "See the difference" - no i can't with this fucking 240p bad resolution !!

  • You might not see a difference now, but when you upgrade your GPU in a few years, and that AMD platform is lagging behind by 50% or more, you will...

  • well i have intel inside and it can run hd videos i just have to let them load first.

  • Cool lightsaber you have there

  • 240p get a life

  • epic ))))))))))

  • heres the answer. on THIS video. they both look like the water in the toilet when i flush, runny and pixelated.

  • Whats the point oft decoding vids on a cpu in a time when most gpu's do the job much better?

  • I am wondering why your comparing a CPU with video???? why dont we compare which car is faster based on radios?

  • obviously u didnt use amd to render this video ;)

  • Surfer wins

  • Can't tell the difference cause this was filmed with a potato

  • "See the difference?"

No, this video looks like garbage

  • LOL Your comparing a $130 cpu against one that probably $300+ knowing Intels rip off prices.

  • @iNekoNaru ya that's my stand on intel vs amd. intel is expensive as all get-out and amd does everything i want it too, for WAY less.

  • A pentium III can run this video.

  • Even 400$ is much. For 230$ you can get Intel Atom x2 Desktop PC for Net/Movies/Music.

  • the one who buys a 2300$ system just for watching videos is the one you have to pitty... there you won't even need the 1000$ plattform... ~400$ should be enough ...

  • @Stadtmuzik you can watch HD playback on a $250 netbook... You're right. That's a retarded argument.

  • Retro, showing how smooth Crysis works on your i7 must impress chicks alot. :D

  • 240p... intel has revived you.

  • This video was redered by intel i7... we can see the diference in that ^^

    just saying

  • Im sure that they are good both of them because you can make it better then the video. Im sure every new CPU can play a video with good quality...

Try to make a better test next time like rendering video or something...

  • intel the best

  • pathetic...

  • LOL Intel still looks better LMFAO ROFL

  • Comment removed

  • Now try a video game and see what happens. I think you'll soon see why Intel Core i7 spanks every processor AMD has out on the market. I mean come on the best top of the line AMD true 8 core can't even out benchmark a Core i7 920 that's sad and their six cores are worse.

  • @clabszero Rather have a slightly worse but way cheaper amd than a intel..

  • @RetroTaco - well considering your name has the word TACO in it I naturally assume you like cheap stuff.

  • Comment removed

  • @RetroTaco - actually beaner it stands for zero competition which is what your AMD chip has when it comes to my Core i7........zero competition. You got to pay to have the best and well you just couldn't afford it so that's the hard cold truth. Yeah Intel is expensive and so are the motherboards, but if you want the best you have to pay for the best. Think of it like this my processor is a Ferrari and your AMD chip is a 1980's chevette.

  • @clabszero LOL. In the money i would have spent on the amd chip i could use the excess on an even better graphics card. I can afford an i7 but why waste my money.

  • @RetroTaco - really????? what graphics card would that be I wonder?

  • @clabszero Why don't you take a look?

  • @RetroTaco - well since you have no videos of your rig up on here why don't you just say what you have or is it really that embarrassing for you?

  • @clabszero It was a joke bro, and embarrassed? it's a computer, you're quite clearly showing how much of a no life you are if you think someone would be embarrassed by their computer specifications LOL

  • Well Intel Still Better Then AMD . Intel Are More Cooling Than AMD . Their Products Are Also Better Then AMD .

  • this vid is useless.

  • YEAH I SAW A HUGE DIFRENCE IN "240" P Wtf fuck man come on you cant even see the diffrence in 360p come on get HD

  • @TheyCallMeShinobi 240p is technically HD (hence the 'p' part)

  • 240p?¿?¿

    WTF?¿

  • i saw the difference!!!

  • @BananaBean03 me too!!!! the price tag!!!!

  • @BananaBean03 me too, the price tag!

  • "See the difference?" No, because there's isn't any for blu-ray playback...

  • Uploaded in 2009 guys...

  • As many other people, i had AMD a long time, since there was a big price difference.

Now that difference is barely noticeable.

So why handicap yourself by buying something inferior (AMD) which is outperformed by the i5/i7 in almost every way (especially gaming where there can be 10-90% FPS improvement)?

Except if you are a fanboy....

And if you do not agree with this post, which is wierd since its facts and not an opinion, plz do some (more) research or drop the fanboyism...

  • @robinp91 Intel is still too expensive for me :/

    Intel i7 950 = 254,90e

    Amd phenom x6 1100T = 189,90e

    65e difference

well, if i were richer i'd go for the intel because it's better xD

The FPS improvement in games is actually less than 10%.. unless you were comparing AMD sempron to Intel Xeon xD

  • @jantsi123 dude, core i5 2500k is like 180€ and still a lot better than the phenom for gaming

  • @robinp91 actually it's 208,90e

  • @jantsi123 Ok i guess it differs in different countries, but still, 20€ more for a lot better performance, are u not willing to sacrifice that?

  • @robinp91 it's not alot better performance :p

  • @jantsi123 dude, search for exactly "i5 2500k vs 1100t" here on youtube and pick the first video that comes up by ComputerTechTV and you will see...

  • @robinp91 Why 1100t? Bulldozer has been around for quite a while now...

  • AMD!!!!!

  • Am a hardcore amd-fanboy...but i7 definitely killed amd...its the cold truth...

  • I see Pixel

  • omg you people dont understand sarcasm

  • Any I7 beats any AMD quad core processor ANYDAY

  • @AwesomeFace50 it does but at what price in some big applications like video editing ETC 1100T goes head to head with top I7 core but there is one problem 1100T costs 180$ while INTEL top CPU cost 999$

  • @nawzy202 That's because we want the best -.-

  • Like HD video? Yes I do but obviously this YouTube user doesn't.

  • @vanilladub hahahah n1 :DD

  • dude, no one can tell the difference on 240p

  • @MrJoshmau5 hahahahaha yea thats true

  • @MrJoshmau5 there is not different between amd x4 and i7. also can run the most games without lose fps. the main role has the grafic cart...

  • @MrJoshmau5 Only Chuck Norris

  • i like hd video but this is not :(

  • Have you ever heard of something called "Instructions per cycle" ?

Im not an intel fanboy, but it's obvious. The intels cost more because they can do more. Simple as that.

  • Компания AMD САМОЕ настоящие гавно как и их проццы

  • Comment removed

  • I can't see the difference because this video is so low quality

  • @MrToastismile xaxaxaxaxa....u r wright...

  • amd is better, cheaper... im gonna buy AMD Phenom II x6 1090T 3.2GHz AM3+

  • @justforVIDEOSqmz i5 2500K beats 1090T and is about same price and newer technology ;D It also beats AMD's newest high end CPU FX 8150. So I don't really see point going for AMD, unless you're fanboy of course.

  • @Dex1n

    nope.

im not a fanboy... im gonna buy intel core i7 2600K 3.4GHz 8MB Cache... its better.

  • @justforVIDEOSqmz I got i7 2600K overclocked at 4.4GHz ;D

  • @Dex1n the 1090t is atleast 25/30 cheaper then the i5 and in real life perfomance you wont notice any difference what so ever

  • @FullFledged2010 25/30%

  • @FullFledged2010 i5 2500K 200 bucks 1090T 160 bucks. i5 2500K destroys it in gaming. That budget thing you AMD fanboys have been promoting for ages doesnt work for you anymore. Intel has best CPU for its price for gaming. You can overclock i5 2500K easily over 4.2GHz. And core for core it beats 1090T clearly. Games hardly ever use more than 4 cores so... If you're on low budget AMD is best option still. From midrange to high end Intel is better choice.

  • @Dex1n how does it distroy in gaming? i have a dual gtx570 sli @ 580 speeds and even in bf3 maxed out my 1090t runs at a steady 70% usage?

And most other games that dont support 6 cores are even less cpu depended.

Sure the i5 is faster but you wont notice any of it unless you run a gtx590 is quad sli.

  • @FullFledged2010 In some of the games FPS difference can be great, but in most games it's the graphic cards which determine the performance at the end. So yeah, you got a point there, my point is that if you got money i5 2500K would be a better choice, because it is faster in games and newer technology so it will most probably last longer.

  • @justforVIDEOSqmz is better my 2 years old i7 920 is better then the 1100t on bench mark both oc at 3.8 ghz im alot better then the 1100t so yea i dunno were u see the better part..

  • Comment removed

  • 120 bucks for AMD x6 3.3 ghz

    300 for an i7 3.2

    -__-

  • @LemonVX lets ref-raise that.. AMD x8 Bulldozer $279 vs Intel i7 990x $1149? :)

  • @PlayerUnkown AMD wins

  • Intel > AMD

Even though i was an AMD fan but now i really regret having AMD.

  • @ClassicTubeTV it depends on what AMD you get really:) If you get a top shelf one I suppose its better then than some i5's in gaming and some i7's in technology;p

  • @megadog103

    Well i had a Phenom II x6 1055T@3.8ghz + 5770.

My firends was Intel core duo 2.6ghz + 5670 and his faster than mine. I dont get it.

  • @ClassicTubeTV Your graphics card was extremly week comparing to the processor. Otherwise it would be absolutely impossible for your friend to have it faster. Also another fact is that at the moment most of the games are using 2 - 4 cores of a CPU. Yours was 6 cores so this might be worse in some games. Im sure that "the witcher 2" or "Crysis 2" and the newest games using multi-cores would work better on your PC. I think min. for the GPU for this CPU is HD6850 / GTX460

  • @megadog103

So you're saying that 6 cores works well on high end games but not on crappy games?

  • @ClassicTubeTV Definitely. In fact It will work better for games in future. You see computers are not like consoles. When older games use let's say 2 core CPU they want that 2 core CPU not 4 core, not 6 core and even though they will work on these processors, the majority of the cores will be left out, its not used. So then the 6 or 4 core processor doesn't give this game the highest performance. Nowadays the games are produced on 4 core processors and in close future they will use 6 cores.

  • @megadog103

Thats just lame, I started of 1st with AMD and always thought that Intel sucks ass, but AMD is the one sucking ass. They might be able to release new cpus but Intel comes out in the end with better ones. Well, thanks for the info. Im getting 2500k later for my very 1st intel build ever. Lol.

  • lol first of all, these prices are arbitrary, second, wtf kind of benchmark is this? with a $300 core i7 2600k and a decent video card you can play 10 HD videos at once, to use an analogy, its like choosing between an F-22 and a SR-71 blackbird based on their taxi speed...

  • Wow... a lot of people are missing the point of the video.

  • INTEL INSIDE AMD OUTSIDE

  • Ill buy Intel and ill buy AMD. Its gaming for me, not fanboyism and becoming a slave of a corporation.

  • AMD + Nvidia = best PC you can get <3

  • @AeroFix94 DAMN RIGHT!!! AMD+Nvidia FTW!!

  • @RussScrumandRuck hell yeah!! :)

  • amd for noobs

    intel/Nvida for everyone else!

  • my core i5 2500k > every consumer production amd cpu ever made.

  • never hapeen a muddy plate canot defeat a gold plate(amd);

  • 1080p

    720p

    480p

    Minecraft

    This VIdeo

  • I have a intel pentium dual E2200 and I can not run movies on BD, AMD is definitely better for games and movies on BD, Intel sucks, just saying

  • @caichichi intel does not suck becuase AMD fastest CPU even OC max only stands up to the i5 2500k and it still has the i7 2600k and 970 980 and 990X as well as the XEON series

  • @AwesomeFace50 ever heard of the mhz myth?

  • @spannerotoole ?? no but intel never sucks

  • @AwesomeFace50 well it's to do with why amd have better performing chips at lower clock speeds.

  • @spannerotoole Nope.. trust me Intel is way better

AMD= Regular gaming to play at medium setings and budget

INTEL= Rick fucking basterds that run everything max and get MAX FPS!

  • @AwesomeFace50 can you show me your research. I'd use AMD for Multimedia work as I find intel freezes on rendering, and this is an OS tailored for the processor.

  • @spannerotoole i don't have time i'm playing BF3 or resting cuz im tired and INTEL does not crash when rendering and i bet my i7 2600k @4.7 GHZ can render faster than your AMD

  • @AwesomeFace50 it's either 2.6ghz or 4.7ghz, pick one, I don't care about rendering speed, I care about stability, I don't want it to crash while it's rendering because it's overclocked and the fan isn't capable, For the record I'm using an intel chip now i3, for the same price (145) I could've gotten an AMD X6 which would have been much faster, I picked intel on someones recommendation. I regret it

  • @spannerotoole the i7 2600k is stock at 3.4GHZ and i OC to 4.7 and ima get watercooling so i can OC to 5.0 if i felt like it for put it so 4.5 and get a second 560 SC or get a 580 :D

  • @AwesomeFace50 What multiplier are you using to overclock it? can you get a cat /proc/cpuinfo to show what the i7 is actually capable of.

  • @spannerotoole 103.00 X 46 :D 1.424V

  • if use amd fx intel i7 eqalaise u see that intel muddy plate is near th amd platinum plate /

and scooter(intel) is near to ferrari f1(amd)

  • Intel wont overheat like AMD

  • @Hyyra Dumb

  • @XxmabezxX

    no im ICT-assembler

  • @Hyyra my OC 965 at 4.1ghz never gets hotter than 56 degrees...

  • @mrapter7

MY AMD IS ALWAYS OVER 90 CELSIUS DEGREES!!! AMD IS SHIT!

  • @Hyyra ROFL YOU FUCKING FAIL. anyone with half a brain would know to reapply the heatsink. Get better thermal paste, even a better heatsink??? Im on stock EVERYTHING, with the thermal paste it came with. With an avarage airflow case. Thats your error

  • the first thing you should do with all that "saved money" is post better quality quality comparison videos

  • I ran Blurays on my Pentium 4... just sayin.

  • i dont know what happen

  • @MrToastismile there´s no diference, but isnt a x4, its a bulldozer

  • @Rodolf0x FX 8150

  • That's not gaming though is it? No fps monitor or anything

  • @DFIREAMD How much does amd pay you ?

  • See the difference?

    ...No?

  • the saem shit that why i love amd ,,, intel its to expensive

  • lulz! Intelfags are so stupid. The video itself is pointless but the comments of this video are what make it worth watching. the mode seems to be: Intelfags= "Money Money Money derp, i7 extreme cock in my mouth" It's people like that, that make me glad i abandoned Intel, AMD is a smarter choice overall. It may not be the most powerful but when you weigh everything in AMD>Intel

  • @CANISLUPIS100 well as I am one of the few people who actually benifits from an extremely powerful CPU, not just a retard enthusiast- I can inform you that I and everyone in my industry will continue to choose intel, because intel make better processors. Its that simple. If you need a quad core chip, then you are in a position were cost is no object becaue you NEED the best. Intel is the best bro. Faster, more efficient, even cooler. When AMD makes the BEST chips, I'll buy them.

  • @jamievfx I applaud you on your non-flame war starting comment. I agree with your reasoning, If you need it, use it,buy it. What I don't understand is the hate AMD seems to receive from this side of the gaming spectrum. In my opinion AMD is a smarter choice for gaming (and everyday use), especially on a budget. I am not trying to argue AMD outperforms Intel. Intel does make the fastest most powerful CPU's. AMD just seems to get a bad rap with Intel propaganda.,

  • @CANISLUPIS100 absoloutly, I just recently advised my friend to buy an AMD gaming system, it's definatly the smarter choice for your average person or gamer.

  • rofl 240p... sorry but it made laugh lol

  • surly that's how AMD works..

  • Wow I can't see the difference but I see lost in credibility with this video..240p? you failed at failing. Now redo this in TRUE HD like 720 or 1080 then re upload...by the way I own both phenom IIx4 955 and I7 950...I7 wins.

  • ... so you compare in 240p?

    That's retarded.

  • Comment removed

  • 240p we meet again... -_-

  • 240p is my enemy!

  • guao en 240p se nota mucho enfermo mental

  • VS Intel Core i7 990X Extreme Edition?

  • it's pretty hard to see the difference because it's on 240p i mean come on seriously?

  • stupid comparison, what next sempron VS i5 2500k.

  • im looking to get a new desktop, basically im stuck between intel processor and amd. Im going to be using it for performance with a little gaming and im limited to money... Any suggestions?? Thanks

  • look benchmark results -.-

  • 0:17 no i doesn't see

  • AMD RULLLEZZ

  • filmed with a Potato?

  • LOL, as if you'd choose intel vs AMD based on their ability to provide HD video...

That's like choosing between Ferrari and Lamborgini based on their available luggage space...

  • @2000jago Well...

Some people would choose between a Ferrari and a Lamborghini based on luggage space.

No-one would choose Intel vs AMD based on their ability to play HD video as you said, though (unless they have to use Integrated graphics).

  • @IAmSomeoneOrOther If you were serious about HD video performance you probably wouldn't be looking for an integrated graphics solution in the first place. And even if you did, you'd then really be choosing between integrated graphics chipsets not CPU's. The fact that certain graphics chipsets are available to intel and others to AMD is really more of a side-effect than a cause.

  • @2000jago Um.

Have you heard of AMD's APUs?

Oh, and you dont really need a discreet video card to be able to play back HD video well.

  • amd win

  • lame!!!!!!!!!!

  • why would a processor affect something that comes out of the graphics card and a disc?

  • Wait the Phenom II and the Intel core i7 are brand new how could this video be made two years ago?

  • Believe in Jesus, repent of your sins, that's the only salvation....
