I think its just the normal elderine, but they put some stuff in it.

( ofcourse it is a prived server so you can add stuff or be the highest lvl with only 1 exp ... )

It IS Elderine, but we've modified the map, remove things, remodeled other things to make it look like this.

And no... all the above footage was recorded on Outspark's Servers. No private Server is required to run this.
