i wana make a Puppet Master Blade custom replica because they sold out and i thnk it'd be cool to make a home made one! i need a good blade head though!
@pokeloveracjnjonas Yes, you can do something similar in an open mold to coat just the mold face. You could then back-fill the part with urethane foam for dimensional stability.
I have made an iron man papercraft model helmet which will be used with shadow cast 320 to make the card stock solid, would I be able to use the technique to mold a rubber mold of it to make it wearable - how would I be able to do so in replicating the helmet so it can be worn

This technique could be used in an open mold? Say half of a weapon prop that would be too heavy solid?
