I doubt if the Family courts will ever be 'fully' open to public scrutiny. There are too many injustices that have totaly alienated parents in favour of the resident parent and they have never listened to children in court only the other side which 99.9% are represented by money grabbing shyster solicitors that abuse and rape the legal aid system.
